If Modi was Blamed for Post Godhra, Then Who is Responsible for These Riots?

Narendra Modi was cleared of any wrongdoing by the Supreme Court of India of the Godhra 2002 riots. However, the anti-BJP and anti-hindu media constantly blames him. If they blame Modi for the 2002 Godhra riots, then why don’t they constantly remind us of all the riots that took place under Congress Government?
Most of the victims in the below riots were members from the Hindu community, but the media doesn’t feel they need to remind us about these riots and will continue to blame anyone associated with BJP or that has relations with Hinduism.
To be fair, the media should remind us of the ruling governments in these riots and make sure that they do not stop until the Supreme Court of India has cleared them just as they did for Modi.

In 1984 sikh genocide Congress leaders were directly involved.
Most of such riots are planned and executed by the ruling political parties. The ruling political leaders arrange for mobs to kill the innocent persons and order police to give free hand to these mobs. In return ruling political parties Govts. protect the guilty persons from the justice system and even give financial or promotion rewards to the guilty persons. Shame on such guilty political parties and leaderships who create such riots for their political benefits.
We might have forgotten but the fact is millions of Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs were killed at the time of partition when Nehru was PM. In fact it was due to his ambition that partition took place, then partition related riots took place. It is due to his ambition that there is continuous tension between India and Pakistan, Hindus and Muslims. Even Kashmir problem is due to this.
The most sad thing is that most of the ruling political parties have misused their power and killed innocent persons on religious/caste basis for their political gains. And all these political parties have defended and protected their guilty party leaders/workers from the justice system. That is why all these years we haven’t seen any of these guilty political leaders punished by the Indian justice system for their crimes against humanity and killing innocent persons. Shame on such guilty political parties and their leaderships.
The only comparable riots would be the killing of Sikhs by Congress.
