Contd from my above post... (sorry, accidently, it is posted due to problem with my laptop, kindly bear with me.)

Mark, “when mass killing takes place “unintentionally”, as collateral damage of foolish policies"...

I have intentionally put the word "unintentionally" under inverted commas to highlight it. This crook defines the Bengal famine of 1942 as unintentional. How benevolent? The big crook Churchill had said, "Indians breed like rabbits". I think KE reads only to defend British and fool the Hindu Macaulayites. Before partition (whether genocide or homocide or holocaust, I am not getting involved in his stupid jargon of deviation), Hindus and Muslims were equally Macaulayites which again KE has twisted his "infamous great
article" about the British Macaulay and malign the Hindus singularly vis a vis his "4Ms" invented by him and I thought that to compare him with Max Muller may be indignant to Max. He is far more clever but stupid ignorant. At least Max had gone at pains to stuy the Hindu scriptures. KE indulges in stupid and mostly incoherent Belgique English, sometimes I find it meaningless. You will see it if you read it more diligently than getting carried away by a sprious caption and his white skin.

How cleverly he has bypassed the Holocaust or genocide or homicide or I am even inclined to accept it a suicide for the matter of fact (please accept for the time being because to exonerate the British pious people) it was bought by the Hindus-Muslims themselves (hence it can be classified a suicide- my logical argument). British did not partition India, it were the Muslims and Hindus were too stupid to counter them which classify them cowards and vacuous in intelligence, KE argues, and I should allow his clever arguments easily acceptable to my fire brand Macaulayite deficient department and then go on to blame the British for partition.

His theme is "WasThere an Islamic "Genocide" of Hindus?

Let me paste another clip from his very opening paragraph, "To give an idea of the context of this question, we must note that the term “genocide” is used very loosely these days." This is hillarious if not indignant. This is highly demoralising to combine this phrase with his stupid caption in the first place.

He goes on showing off his pedanticity by Karma theory, I fail to understand his collusion of this inflation of arbitrary insinuation which has hardly to do anything with the commited genocide or holocaust or "Whatever" he wants us to swallow through his vast "Indology" something like "Westology" or "UKology" or "USology" or "Australiology" etc etc.

I now summarise to invite others to kindly read it thoroughly, imbibe the spirit fully with his hidden apologias for the British. He has even blamed the US and Spain but keeping his paymaster Britain free of "Blames and Stains".

It is anything else-Elst than an article which is neither a historical nor a theological but a mosaic of pebbles gathered from here and there - in the "Coconut Market". Well done KE. You are selling well like our nirma thing.

ravi, I am saddened at your limited comment, "great article, deserve more views and comments."

This is highly superficial and cursory estimate which has been very unfortunate from the Macaulayite Hindus. I would have expected a more balanced approach before your "great article comment". I now invite you to define your great article comment by exemplifying it with excerpts and data. This is exactly how Koenraad Elst preys on the gullible sentimental (il)literate Hindus who get carried away without weighing the contents seriously for its import and hidden story telling.

In response to your invitation, I seek your permission to dissent seriously about this article as a mere story telling and a bundle of fibs.

Weigh the very first sentence. It is absolutely unnecessary and derogatory. I feel that you should not leave your 'bag of sensitivity' back home when you come to schooling on such readings. I am not being indignant to you but it is not the lone problem with you. It is a general problem in the Hindu Macaulayite groups in general which is a mine field for authors like 'KE'.

I paste a clip here, "A fourth type of genocide is when mass killing takes place "unintentionally", as collateral damage of foolish policies, e.g. Chairman Mao’s Great Leap Forward inducing the greatest man-made mass starvation killing 20 million or more, or the British war requisitions causing the Bengal famine of 1943 killing some 3 million; or as collateral damage of other forms of oppression. Unlike the deliberate genocide of Native Americans in parts of the USA or Argentina, the death of millions of Natives in Central America after the first Spanish conquests was at least partly the unintended side-effect of the hardships of forced labour and the contact with new diseases brought by the Europeans. In contrast with Nazi and Soviet work camps, where forced labour had the dual purpose of economic profit and a slow but sure death of the inmates, there is no evidence that the Spanish wanted their Native labourers to die. After all, their replacement with African slaves required a large extra investment."
