<p>I recall, in August 1999 following the Gaisal Train accident, Mr. <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nitish_Kumar" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Nitish Kumar resigned</a> from his job as Railway Minister owning his moral responsibility. He rejoined as Railway Minister from 2001 to 2004. He had observed, “&#8230;I told the prime minister <a href="http://www.rediff.com/news/2003/jul/15inter.htm" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">I am resigning</a> and the allegations against me should be probed. I am facilitating the inquiry by my resignation.” This was a case of owning a moral responsibility to safeguard his ethical standing; no doubt he stands vindicated till date for his stance in the eyes of his people leading to his current good standing in the contemporary murky political scenario.</p>
<p>With the backdrop of this simple paradigm, let us proceed to examine another dissimilar case, of involving our esteemed Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. He also held the Coal ministry portfolio from 2004 to 2009, when these mind boggling bunglings in the coal distribution and allocation of licenses took the root.</p>
<p>Should Manmohan Singh owe a moral responsibility to his people on whose tax money he enjoys all the reputation as well as the material benefits as a Prime Minister? The money spent on his upkeep is beyond imagination. The accommodation where these clandestine leaders are housed today in New Delhi is a priceless site, which they pay a negligible rent for. It is a shame to see that a democracy is being molested and raped due to utter lack of safeguards against such ill and inapt misdeeds of the person holding a responsible top job.</p>
<p>India must be an exceptionally amazing nation, where everything is a saleable commodity including its highest hierarchical authority. As I write this indignant remark, I feel bad as I indirectly or directly, indict myself as well in this quagmire. However I cannot be dishonest to myself while coming down heavily on others. It certainly is a shameful state of affairs, when a Prime Minister of a country is directly involved into scams after scams, vicariously or directly, yet he remains steadfast in clinging to the ‘shamed job’ he undertook to protect and uphold the dignity of the people to the best or least of his ability.</p>
<p>What happens if he fails to do so?</p>
<p>In August 2012, India saw for the second time, after Loknayak Sri Jayprakash in 1970s, a true uprising unexpectedly as its front face – Anna Hazare alongwith his powerful coteries raised a slogan and rightly so, “It is the second fight for independence&#8230;” <a href="http://www.ndtv.com/article/india/anna-hazare-begins-fast-announces-second-fight-for-independence-110843" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">1</a>, <a href="http://articles.timesofindia.indiatimes.com/2011-12-10/india/30502025_1_strong-anti-corruption-law-anna-hazare-ralegan-siddhi" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">2</a>, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anna_Hazare" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">3</a>, <a href="http://blogs.wsj.com/indiarealtime/2011/08/16/is-congress-giving-the-second-freedom-struggle-legs/" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">4</a>, <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rNZGlwgWEH8" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">5</a>, <a href="http://news.oneindia.in/2011/12/10/anna-fast-says-second-fight-for-independence-has-started.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">6</a>&#8230;</p>
<p>They asked satirically:</p>
<p>“<a href="http://www.hindustantimes.com/India-news/NewDelhi/Where-should-we-go-to-file-FIR-against-PM/Article1-915295.aspx" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">We have just one question</a>. Prime Minister, please tell us, where should we go to register an FIR on the basis of these reports. All the agencies are under the PM’s control and that is why we keep demanding a strong Lokpal,” Kejriwal said.</p>
<p>Bhushan said they decided to fight corruption on a political front after it became clear that those in the political arena were not interested in addressing the issue at all.”</p>
<p>UPA II is studded with a huge necklace of diamonds, sapphires and precious rubies earned trough their ill-gotten money from the taxpayers; shamelessly addressed as fiscal scandalous scams &#8211; <a href="http://indiatoday.intoday.in/gallery/scandals-during-upa-rule/1/4240.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">1</a>, <a href="http://punjabnewsline.com/content/top-ten-scams-upa-govt-under-congress-rule/27124" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">2</a>, <a href="http://punjabnewsline.com/content/top-ten-scams-upa-govt-under-congress-rule/27124" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">3</a>, <a href="http://www.sify.com/news/a-list-of-the-scandals-that-hit-upa-government-news-national-ldrwagfciid.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">4</a>, <a href="http://zeenews.india.com/news/nation/now-payouts-scandal-hits-upa-govt_805403.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">5</a>, <a href="http://www.deccanherald.com/content/163268/content/213868/F" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">6</a>, <a href="http://www.deccanherald.com/content/114522/season-corruption-scandals.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">7</a>&#8230; As <a href="http://www.hindustantimes.com/India-news/NewDelhi/PM-should-own-up-must-resign/Article1-914982.aspx" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Arun Jaitley rightly observes</a>, ““In the 2G scam, the PM was politically and vicariously liable,” Jaitley told reporters. “In this case, for a substantial period from 2004 to 2009, he was himself the minister. Thus, he is politically, morally and directly liable. If he is directly liable, he has to introspect that he should own up responsibility and impose on himself the <i>moral sanction of quitting his office</i>.””</p>
<p><a href="http://www.hindustantimes.com/India-news/NewDelhi/PM-should-own-up-must-resign/Article1-914982.aspx" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Sushma Swaraj adds further</a>, “Coming heavy on the UPA-led government, Swaraj said: “A new chapter has been added to the UPA graft story. This is the biggest (scam).””</p>
<p>All this was going on last August 2012, soon after the revelations made by Kejriwal during their agitation in Delhi 2012. It was soon followed by the opposition leaders including the BJP and others.</p>
<p>On Thursday, 22 March 2012, <a href="http://in.news.yahoo.com/coal-scam-swamy-pulls-upa-govt-says-more-112236197.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Dr. S. Swamy</a>, President of Janta Party had remarked:<br />
“Taking on the UPA Government over a Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report on coal block allocation that reported a loss of Rs 10.67 lakh crores (this initial figure was later on revised and estimated to be 1.86 Lacs Crores – Author), &#8230; a few more scandals are yet to come out, and added that the total loss to the nation would be more than the GDP of the country.</p>
<p>Swamy, who is the chief petitioner in the 2G spectrum scam, took potshots at the UPA Government for looting the country.</p>
<p>&#8220;There are few more scandals which are yet to come out and the total loss to nation would be more than the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of the country and it will be roughly about 10 times the foreign exchange reserves that we have,&#8221; he said.”</p>
<p>Meanwhile, <a href="http://in.news.yahoo.com/coal-scam-swamy-pulls-upa-govt-says-more-112236197.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Janata Dal-United (JD-U) chief Sharad Yadav</a> held the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, former Coal Minister Shibu Soren and the present Coal Minister, Sriprakash Jaiswal, responsible for the scam.</p>
<p>&#8220;This is very dangerous. Three people, the Prime Minister, then Shibu Soren and then Sriprakash Jaiswal ran the Coal Ministry during this period. The information I have received over the last few days is that the actual amount is even more than what the CAG has estimated. I will not spare anyone and nail the culprits,&#8221; he said.</p>
<p>This is unfortunate that the Prime Minister being directly involved in a scam and still evades his moral, political and social responsibility apart from its legal implications, which could be certainly disastrous, both for him as well as to the credibility of nation as a whole in international perspective. Mr. Manmohan Singh cannot sit idly on these far fetching fiscal scams in silence. He must either resign or come out of them clean. He cannot afford to beat his own bush of Mr. Clean image under such sizzling reports directly leading at his own doorsteps.</p>
<p>Manmohan Singh has never been out of the glare for his suspected role in misappropriation of monetary allocations under his supervision as a vicarious responsibility and liability.</p>

The 2G case is being heard and monitored in the Supreme Court.</p>
<p>The coal scam involving Manmohan Singh directly resurfaced today following a report in the <a href="http://www.indianexpress.com/news/congress-top-brass-meets-as-coal-scam-resurfaces/1102299/0" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Indian Express</a> of the alleged government interference in CBI investigations and the BJP demanding an SIT probe into it.</p>
<p>The Indian Express report had it that the Law Minister Ashwani Kumar summoned CBI Chief and the report was changed and toned down after the meeting. The party has firmly rejected the charge and also ruled out the resignation of the Law Minister.</p>
<p>&#8220;There is no question of <a href="http://ibnlive.in.com/videos/385295/coal-scam-report-salman-khurshid-defends-ashwani-kumar.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">resignation of Law Minister Ashwani Kumar</a>. Supreme Court has already asked CBI to file an affidavit in this regard. CBI will file its affidavit and truth will come out,&#8221; party spokesperson Rashid Alvi said.</p>

<p>Dr. M M Singh is virtual Prime Minister of India as a head of UPA II coalition partners since they came back in power in 2009 elections. But the decision making force lives in <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/10_Janpath" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">10, Janpath</a> where the UPA Chairperson viz. <a href="http://www.smilyo.com/corruption-in-politics/the-truestory-of-fake-leader-sonia-gandhi-alias-antonia-maino" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Ms Sonia Gandhi</a> lives and everybody has to flock to her for each issue. During the first tenure of UPA I after 2004, initially he (MMS) was watched for his performance and thus followed the orgy of loot and pillage apprized with his mettle. Obviously DMK saw great opportunity of making hay before the sun sets. A young South Indian dalit leader four times MP and been Minister in various capacities did show his mettle beyond imagination of what they call it an <a href="http://blogs.reuters.com/india/2010/04/30/indias-watergate-rocks-ruling-congress-coalition/" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Indian Watergate scandal</a>. Unfortunately this is not the first or last in its right.</p>
<p>“<a href="http://watergate.info/" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”"><i>Watergate</i></a> has entered the political lexicon as a term synonymous with corruption and scandal, yet the Watergate Hotel is one of Washington’s plushest hotels. Even today, it is home to former Senator Bob Dole and was once the place where <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monica_Lewinsky" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Monica Lewinsky</a> laid low. It was here that the Watergate Burglars broke into the Democratic Party’s National Committee offices on June 17, 1972. If it had not been for the alert actions of Frank Wills, a security guard, the scandal may never have erupted.”</p>
<p>Even though he (Nixon) was reelected in January 1973 after the breaking out of the scandal in 1972, he ultimately had to resign on 8/9 August 1974 following impeachment proceedings alongwith the Supreme Court order. It was not easy as Nixon was no superhuman. One Watergate led to fall of US President, India has faced one scandal after another that has shamed the US Watergate many times more, yet its PM is still holding his head steadfast without any remorse and repentance. Nothing seems to deter or persuade him. Head doesn’t roll but heads rolled sardonically.</p>
<p><a href="http://ibnlive.in.com/news/2g-scam-pmo-files-affidavit-in-sc/135416-37-64.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Ashok Bagriya wrote on Nov 20, 2010 at 11:21pm IST in CNN-IBN</a>:<br />
“PM&#8217;s affidavit to SC explains his alleged inaction and silence over <a href="http://articles.economictimes.indiatimes.com/2012-02-05/news/31027050_1_subramanian-swamy-2g-op-saini" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Subramaniam Swamy&#8217;s petition in 2G scam</a>.” He further continues:</p>
<p>“<a href="http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/subramaniam-swamy-busted-the-2g-scam/1/153417.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Various letters written by Swamy</a> &#8212; from the first in November 29, 2008 to the last in October 2010 &#8212; have been dealt with in accordance with the procedure in the PMO, the affidavit said.</p>
<p>The affidavit has given in detail how various letters written by Swamy since November 29, 2008 to October 5, 2010 have been dealt with by the Prime Minister&#8217;s office and advice sought from the Law Ministry.” This is at best the example of delay for denying justice technique. Nothing could move the Mr. Honest Prime Minister until the Supreme Court of India made shameful admission and interference by cancelling the 2 G allocations leading to widespread infamy that involved a lot of international players and its resulting disastrous loss of credibility. However it still hasn’t proved their nemesis, neither for UPA nor for their satrap PM MM Singh. Wishing against the wish, <a href="http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/subramaniam-swamy-busted-the-2g-scam/1/153417.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">India Today observed</a> enthusiastically on October 2, 2011, “If the 2G scam is the UPA-II&#8217;s nemesis, it is because of <a href="http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/subramanian-swamy-urges-court-to-implead-p-chidambaram-in-2g-case/1/151455.html" target="_blank" rel="“nofollow”">Swamy</a>.”</p>
<p>“&#8221;Who got the licences&#8230; how FCFS was implemented&#8230;this was never discussed with me nor was it brought to the Cabinet. This was exclusively Telecom Minister&#8217;s decision,&#8221; Singh said in an interaction with the editors from the electronic media. (Watch: Prime Minister&#8217;s Q&amp;A with Editors)” NDTV wrote and continued further on February 16, 2011 14:39 IST:<br />

<p>On an excuse of coalition dharma <a href="http://www.ndtv.com/article/india/pm-manmohan-singh-on-2g-spectrum-allocation-and-raja-s-role-85775" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">(watch a video)</a> of forming a government, MM Singh gives his (un)pardonable excuse of rapacious glib explanation, “On retaining Raja as the Telecom Minister in the UPA-II, the Prime Minister said in a coalition government, the choices of the leaders of the alliance partners have to be accepted and that the DMK had suggested Raja and Dayanidhi Maran for the Union Cabinet.”</p>
<p>Mr Singh is pretending himself as indispensable like our late Chacha Nehru who had succeeded in creating an aura around him, “Who after Nehru (<a href="http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/1964/may/28/india.fromthearchive" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">1</a>, <a href="http://archive.org/details/afternehruwho002311mbp" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">2</a>, <a href="http://creative.sulekha.com/after-nehru-who_547457_blog" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">3</a>, <a href="http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,875865,00.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">4</a>)”? 1964 on, India is still running strong but who will convince our proxy <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/blogpost/post/indian-prime-ministers-office-responds-to-washington-posts-profile-on-manmohan-singh/2012/09/05/89b66e24-f784-11e1-8b93-c4f4ab1c8d13_blog.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Prime Minister</a> (<a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/indias-silent-prime-minister-becomes-a-tragic-figure/2012/09/04/a88662c4-f396-11e1-adc6-87dfa8eff430_story.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">inefficient</a>)? Why does he have to continue if the wheels are not moving at a desired pace? Is holding on a job is above the individual priority of integrity and pride of the nation?</p>
<p>&#8220;At that moment, there was no reason to feel that anything wrong had been done&#8221;, the Prime Minister said. It seems that the word ‘wrong’ needs to be redefined!</p>
<p>Despite all these brouhaha in the media, which also led to subsequent arrest of several persons, ministers, bureaucrats, industrialists with indicting of several media personalities, yet The Prime Minister remained unfuzzled and unfudged.</p>
<p>Mr A. Raja was arrested by CBI on 2 February 2011; On 9 May 2012 he applied for bail for the first time since his arrest and was granted bail on 15 May 2012. Besides Raja, M K Kanimozhi (daughter of DMK supremo Karunanidhi); bureaucrats like Siddharth Behura, R K Chandolia; corporates like Sanjay Chandra, Gautam Doshi, Hari Nair, Surendra Pipara, Vinod Goenka, Shahid Balwa, Asif Balwa (younger brother of Shahid Balwa), Rajiv Agrawal, Sharat Kumar, Ravi Ruia, Anshuman Ruia, Vikas Saraf, I P Khaitan, Kiran Khaitan; film and entertainment personalities like Karim Morani; corporations involved were like Unitech Wireless, Reliance Telecom, Swan Telecom. Other companies named in the chargesheet are: Loop Telecom Pvt Ltd, Loop Mobile India Ltd, Essar Tele Holding, Essar (Parent group of Essar Tele Holding).</p>
<p>For the first time in India since 1947, a very unthinkable role of media personalities was made publicly known undermining the very foundation of its so called fourth pillar of democracy.</p>
<p>“Media sources such as OPEN and Outlook reported that two senior journalists Barkha Dutt (group editor of NDTV) and Vir Sanghvi (editorial director of Hindustan Times) knew that corporate lobbyist Nira Radia was influencing the decisions of appointment of telecom minister. Radia wanted A Raja to be appointed as the telecom minister. The two magazines made public the telephone conversations between Nira Radia, Barkha Dutt &amp; Vir Sanghvi. Radia&#8217;s phones were being tapped by the Income Tax Department. Critics allege that Barkha Dutt and Vir Sanghvi knew about the nexus between the government and the media industry but still they supported this corrupt activity and suppressed news reporting the discovery of the corrupt practice.” Wikipedia details elaborately</p>
<p>Raja must have his point to dare say, “Jailed former telecom minister A Raja Tuesday told a Delhi court that he would get Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, then finance minister P Chidambaram and present telecom minister Kapil Sibal summoned as witnesses to prove government did not incur any loss in the 2G allocation.” live mint reported on Wed, Aug 24 2011. 01 21 PM IST</p>
<p>Now The Hindu broke the ice further where Shalini Singh boldly asserted in her multiple columns that Prime Minister was definitely aware of Raja’s conduct. “New papers show PMO analysed and agreed with Raja’s actions before 2G scam”; “Will Manmohan distance himself from PMO officials as he did from Raja?” This story was carried in other media also, 1, 2. Even in the midst of all this PMO kept issuing denials (1, 2) instead of Mr Singh reacting to shave his dignified exit.</p>
<p>How much more evidence does an Indian Mr Clean Prime Minister need to accede and join Mr Richard Milhous Nixon to go away even after so much of indignity, public outrage giving rise to NGOs like India Against Corruption, Aam Aadmi Party led by Anna Hazare and Arvind Kejriwal.</p>
<p>If one shame couldn’t inspire to relinquish the lust of power and chair, could even bigger scam of smouldering “Coalgate” do the trick? This is a big question. Firstpost described it, “&#8230;the CAG’s draft report that the government has lost Rs. 10.7 lakh crore by not auctioning coal.”</p>

<p>India has been rocked from time and again especially after the UPA II came in power again in 2009. There has been a spate of scandals involving even the satrap’s office viz. PMO (Prime Minister’s Office). The magnitude of fiscal involvements are mind boggling, to the tune of lacs of crores of rupees which could effectively help feed the millions of hungry and give shelter to the homeless further millions living both in rural as well as shanty ghettos in urban areas.</p>
<p>There is a report published by <a href="http://www.thehindu.com/news/new-papers-show-pmo-analysed-and-agreed-with-rajas-actions-before-2g-scam/article4519617.ece" target="_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">The Hindu daily</a> that they have unearthed new documentary evidence in the alleged 2 G Spectrum allocation. The Hindu has carried this information under various news heads: “<a href="http://www.thehindu.com/news/new-papers-show-pmo-analysed-and-agreed-with-rajas-actions-before-2g-scam/article4519617.ece" target="_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Will Manmohan distance himself from PMO</a> officials as he did from Raja?”; “New papers show <a href="http://www.thehindu.com/news/new-papers-show-pmo-analysed-and-agreed-with-rajas-actions-before-2g-scam/article4519617.ece" target="_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">PMO analysed and agreed with Raja’s</a> actions before 2G scam”; This facsimile has been published by <a href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/indiahome/indianews/article-2295388/The-PMO-X-File-Documents-prove-PM-knew-2G-issue-kept-silence.html?ito=feeds-newsxml" target="_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">mail Online in their post</a> under a caption, “The PMO X-File: Documents prove PM knew about 2G issue but kept his silence”. Similar headline has been used by <a href="http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/2g-spectrum-scam-documents-prime-minister-2g-issue/1/258551.html" target="_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">India Today</a> also. “The 2G controversy may well be back to haunt the United Progressive Alliance government and its Prime Minister. With disgraced telecom minister A. Raja trying desperately to depose before the Joint Parliamentary Committee looking into the matter, their hands may be forced with new revelations emerging to call him.</p>
<p>And Raja waiting for an opportunity may well recount what this hitherto unseen note (accessed by Mail Today) has now put into public domain.” <a href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/indiahome/indianews/article-2295388/The-PMO-X-File-Documents-prove-PM-knew-2G-issue-kept-silence.html#ixzz2O0enqvwO" target="_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">States Daily Mail</a>.</p>
<p>“New evidence shows that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, far from being “at arm’s length” from ex-Telecom Minister A. Raja’s controversial 2G decisions, had directed officials in the PMO to “examine urgently” Mr. Raja’s letters outlining his intended decisions which eventually led to the 2G scam on January 10, 2008. Investigation now reveals that senior PMO officials had supported several of Mr. Raja’s acts on file, well before the 2G scam.” The Hindu elaborates through their columnist <a href="http://www.thehindu.com/news/new-papers-show-pmo-analysed-and-agreed-with-rajas-actions-before-2g-scam/article4519617.ece" target="_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Shalini Singh</a> very extensively and sharply via her multiple posts in <a href="http://www.thehindu.com/news/new-papers-show-pmo-analysed-and-agreed-with-rajas-actions-before-2g-scam/article4519617.ece" target="_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">The Hindu</a>.</p>
<p>She continues further, “These very same 2G decisions of 2008 were later, in February 2012, declared by the Supreme Court to be “wholly arbitrary, capricious and contrary to public interest apart from being violative of the doctrine of equality.” Mr. Raja, his senior officers and industrialists were accused by the CBI of entering into a criminal conspiracy to cheat the exchequer of Rs. 1.76 lakh crore of revenue, as per the CAG’s estimates.”</p>
<p>After receiving a letter from Raja writen on 26 December 2007, Prime Minister directed on 29 December 2007, that the matter be “examined urgently”. Based on the PM’s directions, the then Principal Secretary, PMO, T.K.A. Nair and Secretary, PMO, Pulok Chatterji analysed Mr. Raja’s letter, discussed the implications and listed suggestions — while agreeing in writing with at least four of his actions ahead of the 2G scam.</p>
<p>Thus instead of maintaining an “arms’ length distance” from E. Raja, Prime Minister de facto acted very much in collusion.</p>
<p>Hindu goes on inimically unrestrained: “The new set of documents is at variance with the popular belief that Dr. Singh made weak attempts to caution Mr. Raja against his multiple illegal moves, but eventually failed to restrain him. File notings demonstrate not just agreement with Mr. Raja’s written intimations — but even a discussion on these specifications, between Mr. Chatterji and “the new Secretary DoT,” Siddharth Behura — nearly a week before the 2G scam.</p>
<p>On the Prime Minister’s directions, a detailed analysis on 2G was placed on file along with Mr. Raja’s six-page letter to the PM and a “Top Secret” note by the then External Affairs Minister (EAM) and Chairman of the GoM on Spectrum, Pranab Mukherjee, both coincidentally dated December 26, 2007. Mr. Chatterji, then a senior official in the PMO, on December 31, 2007, wrote on page 1/N of the file, in a “Confidential/Internal” note: “As desired by Pr. Secy., I have gone through the note of the EAM and the letter of Minister C&amp;IT and an earlier note on the telecom issues. All these documents are placed below. I have prepared a comparative chart at F/X that gives various recommendations on each issue. The last col. gives certain suggestions. Pr. Secretary may like to see this.”</p>
<p>The PMO’s four-page “comparative chart,” which specifically deals with “Issues of new licenses,” establishes that the PMO was in agreement with the decisions for which Mr. Raja stands accused in the CBI charge sheet of April 2, 2011, the CAG report of November 16, 2010, and the Supreme Court judgment of February 2, 2012, which cancelled 122 licences.”</p>
<p>These are some of the extracts I have produced to highlight the propensity of this immense and grave dereliction on the part of normally shy looking innocent Prime Minister for presenting his image of Mr Clean, portending as Caeser’s Wife.</p>
<p>Notwithstanding the fact that there is another bigger “<a href="http://in.news.yahoo.com/coal-scandal-smoulders-pm-quit-chorus-grows-louder-121925583.html" target="_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Coal Scandal</a>” running to the tune of more than one hundred and eighty lacs Crores of Rupees ($ 37 billion) in the name of Mr Manmohan Singh directly when he was in charge of the portfolio.</p>
<p>It is obvious that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Mr P. Chidambaram must be probed thoroughly for their complicity or innocence until the truth has been known. <a href="http://www.firstpost.com/sonia-gandhi/video/vishwa-bandhu-gupta-exposing-sonia-gandhi-corruption-and-black-money/3471800SOWBmdKa1_B11.html" target="_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Ms Sonia Gandhi as UPA Chairwoman and President Mr P. <p>Present UPA II consists of a conglomerate of multitudes of so called ‘secular’ parties because they are not communal Vis a Vis BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party – how communal it may sound). Let us examine its configuration especially in relation to ‘Saffron Vis a Vis Green moon and star parties).</p>

<p>Indian Union Muslim League and All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen really do make it look secular because they are Islamist groups. I shall not divert by delving on the long saffron “Tikka” on forehead by <a href="http://freepressjournal.in/dont-alienate-middle-class-sonia-gandhi/" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Sonia Gandhi</a> and <a href="http://www.topnews.in/disabled-receive-gifts-delhi-gets-throats-slit-maoists-elsewhere-2344848" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Rahul Gandhi</a>, this in itself is a fictitious bewitching symbol to deceive the Hindu voters because they are not (stress) Hindus. How secular is the credentials of this present “United Progressive Alliance II” after their second term in 2009. Yet BJP is communal by their standards. This justifies the Shinde shit of Hindu terror implying saffron terror by priori since their Muslim votebank policy is biting them. Hence “Hindu Terror” bandwagon has to be beaten to befool the Muslims, not because of the real ghost of Hindu terror but a perceived ghost of Hindu terror. If it is not there, create one. It is aptly expressed in a Latin maxim: “A posse ad esse”, i.e. from the possible to the real.</p>
<p><b>Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM)</b></p>
<p><a href="http://www.rss.org/Encyc/2012/10/22/Welcome-to-Sangh.aspx" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangha</a> is composed of the original sons of the soil historically, who are born, brought up and has fought their battles against the invading aggressors. Sometime ago Dr. Farooq Abdullah had remarked that the Moon and Star is now outmoded and Muslims have to look forward. He was made unholy in his communalised radical Kashmir valley.</p>
<p>Similarly, “Today, in a stormy Majlis Shura (Governing Council) meeting, Maulana Ghulam Muhammad Vastanvi ousted from his post of <a href="http://www.deoband.net/4/post/2011/07/maulana-vastanvi-ousted-mufti-abul-qasim-new-mohtamim-of-darul-uloom.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Mohtamim (Rector) of Darul Uloom Deoband</a>. Following his ouster, Mufti Abul Qasim Nomani was appointed as Mohtamim. India is secular because of Hindus, said a Muslim leader. Still Shinde must see terror in Hindus because His Masters Voice wishes it so.</p>
<p>Vastanvi’s fault was, “Just after his appointment, he sparked a controversy, saying Muslims too benefited from the development initiative of the Gujarat chief minister. He was also allegedly quoted saying that Muslims should forget the infamous 2003 Gujrat riots which took thousands of innocent lives.””</p>
<p>“The demand was raised by <a href="http://www.scoopnews.in/det.aspx?q=26437" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">State Janta Dal (U) president Ghulam Qadir Wani</a> while addressing a meeting here today. He said “What is the meaning of joining Hindu and saffron color with terror? It is a downright insult of India’s spiritual, cultural and civilization heritage. Hindus has always been generous… India is secular because Hindus respect the other view,” he went on to demand his (Shinde’s) resignation. Still Shinde cannot look beyond his prism of Hindu terror. The entire world must be laughing at his psychic IQ. He cannot be awakened who is feigning to sleep!</p>
<p>MIM is a branded dynastic political party about this highly secular UPA II, initially started by the patriarch Sultan Salahuddin Owaisi who was Member of Parliament for six consecutive terms and resigned in 2004 in favour of his eldest son. It was the seventh straight victory of the All India Majlis-e Ittihad al-Muslimin (MIM) in the Hyderabad seat. The seat was previously occupied by his father, MIM supremo Sultan Salahuddin Owaisi, who decided to pass on the mantle of MIM leadership in favour of his eldest son. The Party since then retaining all the seven State Seats of the State Assembly from the constituencies of Charminar, Yakutpura, Chandrayangutta, Malakpet, Nampally, Bahadurpura, Karwan, andAsifnagar in the Old city and New city as well as the Hyderabad Central Lok Sabha constituency, all Muslim dominated.</p>
<p>A frantic search on net has not helped to learn more; perhaps their secular credentials must have been under smoke screen that Google and Yahoo have some difficulty with it. Recent arrests of both the Owaisis in communal hate speeches must be a grotesque reminder of their secular characteristics. They have been reported enough with an international outcry but Shinde Inc must not look on that side. Let me try my luck with another secular constituent.</p>
<p><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_Union_Muslim_League" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”"><b>Indian Union Muslim League</b></a><b>:</b></p>
<p>“Though League is a powerful pro-Muslim community oriented party, it sticks to its secular credentials. It has decided to remain their allegiance to Indian Union after Independence, when the original Muslim League went to Pakistan. The IUML is the only <i>Pro-Muslim party</i>, which declared its allegiance and loyalty to India in post-independent India. The party has strongholds mostly in Kerala State districts like <a title="Kozhikode" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kozhikode" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Kozhikode</a>, <a title="Malappuram" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malappuram" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Malappuram</a> and <a title="Kasargod" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kasargod" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Kasargod</a>. They form the second largest party within UDF.</p>
<p>A particular faction of Muslims in Kerala is sometimes regarded as the supporters of Indian Union Muslim League. The supreme leader of the faction, Panakkad <a title="Sayed Hyderali Shihab Thangal" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sayed_Hyderali_Shihab_Thangal" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Sayed Hyderali Shihab Thangal</a>, is the president of Kerala state unit of Indian Union Muslim League. This unofficial support is cause of the repeating election victories of Indian Union Muslim League candidates from Muslim dense districts.”</p>
<p>It further goes on communal violence in Kerala, its chief place of mischief.</p>
<p>*IUML members were accused of alleged involvement in communal riots in Marad &amp; Later Supreme Court acquitted all IUML members as there is no proof of their involvement in this massacre. The <a title="Marad massacre" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marad_massacre" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Marad massacre</a> was the killing of eight Hindus by a Muslim mob on 2 May 2003 at the Marad beach of the Kozhikode district, Kerala, India. The Judicial Commission of Inquiry by Justice Thomas P Joseph that probed the incident concluded that Indian Union Muslim League was directly involved in both conspiracy and execution of the massacre.</p>
<p>The commission affirmed &#8220;a clear communal conspiracy, with Muslim fundamentalist and terrorist organisations involved&#8221;. The courts later sentenced 62 Muslims to life imprisonment for committing the massacre in 2009.</p>
<p>The role of Indian Union Muslim Leader P. P. Modieen Koya and Mayin Haji (then Chairman Kozhikode Development Authority) was also highlighted in the report but later Supreme Court acquitted all as there is no solid proof of their involvement in this massacre and found them to be aware of the conspiracy beforehand.</p>
<p>On 5 August 2012, the State secretary (CPI-M) Pinarayi Vijayan accused Indian Union Muslim League workers (IUML) of causing death to a DYFI activist, at Thachangad during the hartal on 2 August 2012. Though he admitted that it was too premature to comment on the basis of the preliminary report of the post-mortem. Later the post mortem report confirmed the death was due to cardiac arrest.*</p>

<p>Yet Shinde must be a secular face, else invoke his ‘Dalit’ card to raise the pitch of further anti-Hindu passion. It is my prime duty and privilege to show the darker side of his patent remark where “<a href="http://dawn.com/2012/12/13/tracing-hate/comment-page-1/" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”"><b>Tracing hate</b></a>” by<a title="Posts by Nadeem F. Paracha" href="http://dawn.com/author/nfparacha/" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Nadeem F. Paracha</a> (13th December, 2012) states, “Without getting into the theological debate of whether the Ahmadi community deserved excommunication from the fold of Islam in Pakistan or not, one can, however, reach a political conclusion that this issue has triggered the demise of democratic and non-religious forces that sided with those who originally initiated legislative action against the Ahmadis.</p>

<p>The following examples in this context should also be taken as a warning by democratic parties on both sides of the ideological divide that their ‘pragmatic’ association with fundamentalist and sectarian outfits is akin to digging a hole for themselves.”</p>

<p>He asserts, “Historically, Muslim sects in Pakistan chose to appease the “worthy of death” rhetoric against another minority because they saw it as an insurance policy for themselves. I think his epistemology of English language can be blamed partly when he mixed up terrorists for territoreal, who heads the sensitive portfolio of Home Ministry of India. It is not his fault – Macaulayism at best. It is your fault if you do not understand what he said, because it is the media who distorted his words and opposition parties are exploiting for political mileage.</p>
<p>Initially the Congress had <a href="http://www.thehindu.com/news/national/congress-distances-itself-from-shindes-remark/article4332793.ece?css=print" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">distanced</a> from his remarks by attributing to Shinde but later on they have jumped into the bandwagon to <a href="http://www.newstrackindia.com/videos/Congress-defends-Shinde-039-s-Hindu-terror-remark.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">defend</a> him as an afterthought.</p>
<p><b>The Conspiracy theories behind “Hindu Terror”:</b></p>
<p>This is a calculated transcript pre-empted and must be conceptualised by <a href="http://www.iretireearly.com/sonia-gandhi-and-congress-secret-billions-exposed.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Ms Sonia Gandhi</a> by herself since she is a born Catholic from Orbassano conservative village, Italy. She has known the power of Hindu nationalism and further doses must have received from her mother-in-law living under her shadow. Her assets are estimated from <a href="http://www.weeklyblitz.net/2584/sonia-gandhi-4th-richest-politician-in-the-world" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">$2.2 to 11 Billion,</a> while other sources quote in Indian currency to the tune of <a href="http://www.iretireearly.com/sonia-gandhi-and-congress-secret-billions-exposed.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Rs. 20.80 Lacs Crores</a>. She has never contested or denied it Vis a Vis Morarji Desai; who had sued his defamers in USA with the help of Mr Henry Kissinger despite his bad health in last days. She is also known to have links with the then <a href="http://swissprivacy.tripod.com/id8.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">KGB</a> of <a href="http://in.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090419092847AAAA3kR" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">USSR and Secret Vatican Intelligence Agency Opus Die</a> proved <a href="http://www.weeklyblitz.net/2584/sonia-gandhi-4th-richest-politician-in-the-world" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">documentarily</a>, ISI of Pakistan, <a href="http://www.timesofassam.com/headlines/corruption-charge-against-sonia-gandhi-subramanian-swamy-to-move-supreme-court/" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">CIA of USA</a>, even <a href="http://rajeshanbiah.blogspot.in/2012/05/killers-of-rajiv-gandhi-consolidated.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Mossad of Israel</a> has been quoted, etc. <a href="http://rajeshanbiah.blogspot.in/2012/05/killers-of-rajiv-gandhi-consolidated.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">In this report</a>, they question the role of KGB, Mossad and LTTE in the <a href="http://rajeshanbiah.blogspot.in/2012/05/killers-of-rajiv-gandhi-consolidated.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">assassination of Rajiv Gandhi</a> since he had discovered her complicity in Bofors scandal along with Mr Ottavio Quattrocchi, Ms Sonia Gandhi’s Italian accomplice.</p>
<p>“Last section is from <a href="http://in.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090419092847AAAA3kR" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">IB Chief Dharr&#8217;s book ‘Open Secret’</a> shows clearly that Sonia Gandhi is KGB agent. How KGB kills Lal Bahadur Shastri, Sanjay Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, Rajesh Pilot, Jitendra Prasad, Madhavrav Scindhiya&#8230;” Their sons have been made Ministers in UPA II cabinet to divert their attention from her crimes.</p>
<p>“<a href="https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/alt.politics/574Td2B6VeA" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">The darkest of all conspiracies</a> By B. R. Haran ‘The Pioneer’ Saturday, January 22, 2011details, &#8220;Hindu terror&#8221; and &#8220;Saffron terror&#8221; are terms concocted on the basis of weak evidence by a discredited, corrupt political elite which thinks nothing of sacrificing human lives for petty electoral gains. But how long can you fool all the people? Since the formation of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) in 2004 there has been a marked rise in the number of sleeper modules of jihadi organisations across India. The high priority accorded by UPA- 1 to the repeal of the Prevention of Terrorism Act, 2002, had a significant bearing on the career of Students&#8217; Islamic Movement of India (SIMI).</p>
<p>This terrorist group, which acted on direct orders of the Lashkar- e- Tayyeba (LeT) found the latitude accorded by a pseudo-secular regime in Delhi to reinvent itself as &#8220;Indian Mujahideen&#8221;, &#8220;Deccan Mujahideen&#8221; and &#8220;Popular Front of India.&#8221;</p>
<p>All this amply delineates that a “conspiracy of Hindu terrorism” must be created for two reasons: One that a large section of Hindu population has been against the Indian National Congress right after independence in 1947. This found the anger of beleaguered first Prime Minister of India – Pandit Nehru, who dreaded them and assassination of Mahatma Gandhi gave him reprieve to suppress the growing Hindu nationalism to consolidate his position of secular credentials and Muslim votebank stock. This same scourge of anti-Hindu political trump card has been played to malign the Hindu society through a calculated instrument of media tirade incessantly being run through majority Indian press, which are controlled from outside the Indian borders as well as their <a href="http://www.india-forum.com/forums/index.php?/forum/8-strategic-security-of-india/" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">foreign fundings</a> detailed by Gautam Sen.</p>
<p>Judging from all these political and corruption and black money, the conspiracy of maligning the Hindu community for vested interests is understandable and is a necessary monster that has to be kept alive and moving.</p>
<p><b>Shinde’s lies exposed:</b></p>
<p>In an article in The New Indian Express, “<a href="http://newindianexpress.com/opinion/article1432883.ece" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">True lies of Sushil Kumar Shinde</a>”, By S. Gurumurthy, 24th January 2013, details as under:</p>
<p><b>LeT Culprit, say UN, US</b></p>
<p>“Qasmani Arif&#8230;chief coordinator of the relations of the [LeT] with other organisations&#8230;has worked with <a href="http://www.un.org/sc/committees/1267/entities_other_groups_undertakings_associated_with_Al-Qaida.shtml" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Lashkar-e-Tayyiba</a> to facilitate terrorist attacks including&#8230;the bombing of February 2007 in the Samjhauta Express in Panipat (India).” This is what <a href="http://newindianexpress.com/opinion/article1432883.ece" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">resolution [No 1267] of the Committee on Sanctions of the United Nations Security Council [UNSC] dated 29.6.2009</a> declares. Adding that Qasmani was funded by Dawood Ibrahim and he did the fundraising for the LeT and the al-Qaida, the UNSC said, “In exchange for their support, al-Qaida provided support staff for the February 2007 bombing of the Samjhauta Express in Panipat.” This resolution is available on the UN site. Two days later, on July 1, 2009, the United States Treasury Department said in its press release: “Arif Qasmani has worked with the LeT to facilitate terrorist attacks, including&#8230;Samjhota Express bombing.” The US named four Pakistanis, including Arif Qasmani as terrorists, under Executive Order No 13224. This press release is still on the US Treasury site. The United Nations Security Council and the US Treasury Department thus named the LeT, Qasmani and Dawood Ibrahim as accused in Samjhauta terror. This is just the beginning of the torrent of evidence pointing to the LeT and Pakistan.”</p>
<p>My own feeling is that Shinde is completely ignorant and at the same time running himself in the set timeline drawn by his God master/mistress. This lie has been earlier spoken by Rahul Gandhi and <a href="http://iyerdeepak.wordpress.com/tag/p-chidambaram/" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">P. Chidambaram</a> also. Rahul’s lie was exposed through <a href="http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2010/dec/16/wikileaks-rahul-gandhi-warned-us-hindu-extremism" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">WikiLeaks Cables</a>, later confirmed by the ex-US Ambassador to India, viz <a href="http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/rahul-warned-us-envoy-timothy-roemer-of-hindu-terror-wikileaks/1/123651.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Timothy Roemer</a> that growth of &#8220;radicalised Hindu groups&#8221; which create religious tensions in India could pose a bigger threat to the country than activities of groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).</p>
<p>Thus it is a calculated premeditated planned strategy to shield themselves from their own black money and <a href="http://www.sify.com/news/a-list-of-the-scandals-that-hit-upa-government-news-national-ldrwagfciid.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">scandalous scams</a> exposed during the regime of UPA government, e.g. cash for vote, 2 G by A. Raja, Hasan Ali Khan scandal for black money laundering, Coalgate, Chief Vigilance Commissioner P.J Thomas, Commonwealth Games scandal by Suresh Kalmadi, Adarsh Society scam, Devas-Antrix deal, Abdul Kalim Telgi stamp scam, Satyam scam, Bofors scam, <a href="http://punjabnewsline.com/content/top-ten-scams-upa-govt-under-congress-rule/27124" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Fodder scam (chara ghotala) of Bihar, IPL scam involving Lalit Modi</a> and Shashi Tharoor, Hawala scandal also involved money transferred to militants of Hijbul Mujahideen in Kashmir, Harshad Mehta and Ketan Parekh stock exchange scam, etc. Their lunger (Punjabi feast) of scams has not stopped, everyday a new one surfaces. While this scam tainted UPA was having a breather, Delhi gangrape case rocked the entire country after the public pitch raised by Anna Hazare and Arvind Kejriwal teams, followed by Baba Ramdev. <a href="http://currentnews.in/2012/12/24/clueless-shinde-likens-gang-rape-protestors-to-maoists/" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Shinde</a> was castigated for his remarks against the Delhi rape case comparing them to Maoists.</p>
<p>Income tax raids, CBI misuse are two strong instruments that are regularly targeted to raid their opponents to either silence their voices or exposing the black money stashed by misuse of power and authority in crores as the unaccounted money beyond the known sources of their income. A war cry against corruption and rising inflation that is breaking the backbone of common people are some of the reasons for these diversionary dangerous politics with their long term divisive and disruptive politics of Hindu terrorism.</p>
<p>Whatever be the cause or culprit, it is an ample proof of governance deficit, which UPA government has to burden and share and answer for. All these everyday unpardonable and treasonable scandals with their fast declining vote bank especially in Muslims is the chief reason to raise their pitch for a fictitious ghost of Hindu terrorism to woo the Muslim votes. This is a scandalously dangerous negationist politics to pave the way for divisive cynicism. It must be condemned and exposed at every level and platforms.</p>

The conclusion of business gave an impression that it was more of two things; one a crowning ceremony of the (first) dynasty of post independence India’s heir apparent Mr Rahul Gandhi aka Raul Vinci. Second was a grim show with the remarks of Mr. Sushil Kumar Shinde, Home Minister of India relating Hindu Terrorism a prime concern. With all this pompous luxurious dinning and meeting and poor deliberation on the burning issues facing the common people, it seemed more like “Chinta (anxiety) cum Chita (funeral pyre) Shivir”.</p>
<p>I think these two words could be better suited to express the gala gathering. <a href="http://www.southasiaanalysis.org/paper950" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Chinta</a> is for fast dwindling <a href="http://www.firstpost.com/politics/parties-beware-the-muslim-vote-bank-is-about-to-go-bust-493282.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">votebank especially the traditional Muslim population</a> who still harbours their hate for Hindus and can be very easily polarised in the caste ridden society as exclaimed by Justice Markandey Katju, The Chief of the Press Council of India and Ex Justice, Supreme Court of India. <a href="http://www.indianexpress.com/news/markandey-katju-says-90--of-people-vote-on-caste-lines-they-help-criminals-get-elected/1062593/" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">TheIndian Express</a> reported: “90 per cent of people vote on caste lines instead of assessing a candidate&#8217;s merit, &#8230; today said, claiming it allows people with criminal background to get elected.”</p>
<p>It is very pertinent in the <a href="http://www.hindustantimes.com/News-Feed/NM1/Chronology-of-communal-violence-in-India/Article1-8038.aspx" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">spectrum of events of communal violence starting soon after 1947</a>, becoming acute following dissipation of USSR since 1989 in Afghanistan war. All those highly trained guerrilla Islamic fighters trained in Pakistan and Afghanistan were rerouted to Kashmir initially and India subsequently to engage them away from their hinterland. America’s 9/11 and India’s one 9/11 (26/11) are a grim reminder, Shinde’s memory of his geriatric cerebrum is not helping in calibrating his sensitive phrase as Home Minister. 90% of riots were initiated by Muslims in India but Congress of Nehru shielded them for votebank. Lately its size has worsened due to import of militants from across the border. Islam has an inbuilt ideology for violence aggression, which is very well documented by scholars like Will Durant <a href="http://www.hindunet.org/hindu_history/modern/moghal_atro.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">(The Magnitude of Muslim Atrocities)</a> and others.</p>
<p>Indian politicians either do not bother or are ill informed on the historical and political developments as was exhibited by Man Mohan Singh in Sharmail Sheikh when he got carried away on Balochistan issue Vis a Vis Kashmir. In one study in US had said, “<b>The Truth on Kashmir and Terrorism in India: India has been the most terrorized country in the world </b>-<a href="http://www.stephenknapp.info/truth_on_kashmir_and_terrorism_in_india.htm" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">US State Department Report</a> on Terrorism and they further captioned it cryptically: <b>India Is an Extraordinary Democracy. </b></p>

<p><strong>Let us first analyse the speeches by these two leaders only.</strong></p>
<p>Shinde is known for his lose tongue. Earlier he had said to <a href="http://www.hindustantimes.com/India-news/NewDelhi/Gaffe-after-gaffe-mark-Shinde-s-week-as-HM/Article1-910829.aspx" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Ms Jaya Bacchan that it is not a film</a>, which bruised his speaking credibility, only to chew his words later. Now he has stirred rabbles by uttering that BJP and RSS run training camps to train Hindu terrorists. How audacious and wickedly impetuous?</p>
<p><a href="http://www.firstpost.com/politics/shinde-remarks-why-congress-wont-mind-taking-on-modi-596565.html?utm_source=frontpagepicks&amp;utm_source=article_mumbai" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Firstpost</a> reported, *“…We are taking steps against injustice towards minorities as also against infiltration. But in the midst of all this we have got an investigation report that be it the RSS or the BJP, their training camps are promoting Hindu terrorism,’’ said Shinde.*</p>
<p>This is uncalled for impromptu speech, it exhibits his intellectual bankruptcy. He is heading a most powerful and a sensitive portfolio of Home Ministry of nation. He should have realised the wider impact of his cheap remarks. It has serious international implications, especially when India is facing serious threats from across her borders. Not long ago on 8 January 2013, India has locked horns with Pakistan on the brutal gruesome murders and beheading of two Indian soldiers on the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Line_of_Control" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Line of Control</a> in Jammu against the Geneva Convention, derailing the much arduous peace process between the two countries. India is a constant victim of extremist violence arising from Pakistan and Bangladesh. Kashmir insurgency is a daily menace. It was not exceptional to see the Pakistani Army trying to push their Islamist terrorists bred in the Muridke factory of Lashkar-e Toiba run by <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hafiz_Muhammad_Saeed" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Hafiz Saeed</a> to cause violence and loss of life and property.</p>
<p>It gave a much sought for requiem to the acclaimed international terrorist wanted for multitudes of Islamic violence conducted in India and other countries, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lashkar-e-Taiba" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Lashkar-e Toiba</a> chief Hafiz Saeed poignantly asked as reported by oneindia, “Shinde&#8217;s shame: Saeed wants India declared terrorist state, reported by <a href="http://news.oneindia.in/2013/01/21/shinde-gaffe-saeed-wants-india-declared-terrorist-state-1134769.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Oneindia news</a>”. It continued:</p>
<p>“&#8230;There cannot be more damning indictment of a home minister when an international terrorist (Hafiz Saeed) takes refuge under him and wants India to be declared as terrorist state. Lashkar-e-Taiba founder and 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed today sought to exploit Shinde&#8217;s remarks against RSS and BJP saying Indian &#8220;propaganda&#8221; against Pakistanis of spreading terror now stood &#8220;exposed&#8221;. <p>Let us examine some more love of Hafiz Saeed for Hindu Baniya, “He stressed that India had always been enemy number one of Pakistan and would continue to do so for all times because the mean mentality of Hindu banya would never change.” <a href="http://www.nation.com.pk/pakistan-news-newspaper-daily-english-online/lahore/19-Jan-2013/countrywide-protest-against-indian-aggression-on-loc#comment-774621344" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">The Nation, from Pakistan</a>. I hope Shinde Inc is listening.<br />
Shinde soon after resuming charge from P Chidambaram on 31 July 2012 had faced the Assam communal riots involving Bangladesh Muslim infiltration creating unrest. He had not been a very successful Minister in his earlier portfolio as <b>Power Minister.</b></p>

It forms the largest constituent party of the ruling conglomerate of UPA II ridden in scams and corruption, rising inflation, falling foreign reserves and increasing Islamic fundamentalist violence, Reported, “<a href="http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/world/dynastic-torch-passes-to-rahul-gandhi-in-india/article7609482/" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">The Dynastic torch passes to Rahul Gandhi in India” and the rest</a>.</p>
<p>India had its first Prime Minister Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru after a dubious manipulative controversy presided by our eponymous Father of The Nation – Mahatma Gandhi. It was the grace of Sardar Ballabh Bhai Patel to recede on the politically incorrect advice by Gandhi. Independent India was unified into a single state nation by abolishing about 565 scattered small independent ruling dynasties with their own mighty defences; only to establish a one dynasty rule. <i>To this point I have to concede that Nehru was highly successful, if the other areas remain debateable.</i></p>
<p>Who can doubt the much hyped and drummed up rise of the fifth generation of this Kingly Nehru-Gandhi dynasty, which pales even the residues of Monarchies in current Europe.<br />
Hence our much celebrated media icon heir uncrowned Prince, fifth ladder Rahul Gandhi became the Crowned Prince in succession –Mother Sonia Gandhi (ruling without responsibility but with highest power pivot in silent mode), father Rajiv Gandhi died in a yet to be proved controversy, grandmother Ms Indira Priyadarshini Gandhi &#8211; killed by her own bodyguards, Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru, who is said to have died of ruptured thoracic Aorta Aneurysm, supposed to be caused by tertiary syphilis.</p>
<p>Perusing the first speech after the crowning glory, it is apparent that it was composed more on the rhetorics of sentiment rousing dynasty saga than addressing the real issues facing the hapless majority people in the country.</p>
<p>“<a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-india-21115634" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">BBC reported</a>: Mr Gandhi railed against the &#8220;gross&#8221; centralisation of political power by the elites, and the lack of meritocracy in politics and public systems. “It doesn&#8217;t matter how much wisdom you have. If you don&#8217;t have position, you have nothing. That&#8217;s the tragedy of India,&#8221; he said.</p>
<p>Few will disagree: elitism, nepotism and deeply entrenched hierarchies bedevil India&#8217;s progress, and politics is no exception.</p>
<p>Mr Gandhi, who at 42 is youthful by India&#8217;s geriatric political standards, also spoke about the growing disconnect between India&#8217;s youth and the political class. He talked about their abhorrence for an increasingly arrogant political class. Exclusion, he said rightly, is at the root of most of India&#8217;s problems.”</p>

Where was he when people were holding massive protests against corruption when Anna Hazare was there in New Delhi, and when there were tens of thousands protesting against the gang-rape?&#8230; He never once came out and addressed the people,&#8221; Sharma noted.</p>
<p>In an emotional speech in Jaipur, Rahul Gandhi said: &#8220;The Congress party is my life. The people of India are now my life. And I will fight for the people of India and for this party.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;As a boy I loved to play badminton because it gave me balance in a complicated world. I was taught by two policemen who protected my grandmother and were my friends. They killed my grandmother and took way the balance&#8230;In the evening I saw my father address the nation. He was terrified of what lay ahead of him. But I saw a glimmer of hope. That hope has brought India where it is today.&#8221;</p>

<p>The 1,200 strong gathering of Congress leaders and activists at the Birla Auditorium in Jaipur erupted in hurrahs and some leaders were seen wiping away tears after Gandhi’s’ speech.</p>
<p>“I think his speech was not as a politician…, His references to how his mother cried etc. were meant to gain sympathy… But I did not find much substance in his speech,” Gagan Sharma, a professional in his 30s, told IANS.”</p>
<p>He dwelt mostly on an emotional chord and enumerating the deficiencies of present UPA II elites and the expectations of the younger generations, a polemical record, which is very evident. It is all very well known but his crowning glory speech is least concerned with the economic hardships, extremist violence, the recent gangrape in Delhi as well as the rest of country had nothing to console the people. Rising inflation is breaking the backbone daily but he has been working for last eight years as Youth leader, he said that he has learnt a lot during these years, “He neither spelt out his knowledge nor the remedy for whatever little he may have learnt from the media savvy focus”. He never gave any interviews to the media, except showing his course bearded face entering the huts, boarding a general compartment in a train etc. All these has been good to attract publicity stunts but had hardly addressed the issues facing the masses. Wherever he visited, nothing has changed, making his visits a disaster and irrelevant. Recent UP and Gujarat polls showed his utter failure bitterly. His mother was quick to quip, “It was an organisational failure that led to UP disaster”. Failures are thrust on the organisation but success must be presumed to coronate. Who is heading the organisation – his own mother Ms Sonia Gandhi”? It seemed deficient in diligence.</p>

In his two-hour long speech, Owaisi made multiple comments against Hindus, Hindu deities, <a title="Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rashtriya_Swayamsevak_Sangh" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh</a>, <a title="Vishva Hindu Parishad" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vishva_Hindu_Parishad" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Vishva Hindu Parishad</a>, <a title="Bharatiya Janata Party" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bharatiya_Janata_Party" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Bharatiya Janata Party</a>, <a title="Narendra Modi" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narendra_Modi" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Narendra Modi</a>, <a title="India" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/India" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">India</a> and <a title="United States of America" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_of_America" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">United States of America</a>. In his speech, Owaisi said that the 250 million Indian Muslims needed <b>only 15 minutes </b>without the police to show one billion Hindus who is more powerful. Owaisi referred to the Hindus in a derogatory manner and the Indian police as the &#8220;impotent army&#8221;. He said that not even one crore impotent men can together father one child. He said that these people (Hindus) cannot face the Muslims, and whenever the Muslims start dominating the Hindus, the impotent army (police) intervenes. Owaisi said that &#8220;we (Muslims) will not let you (India or Hindus) live peacefully,&#8221; and added that the Muslims could &#8220;teach the rest of the country a lesson&#8221;.</p>
<p>Owaisi referred to <a title="Ajmal Amir Kasab" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ajmal_Amir_Kasab" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Ajmal Amir Kasab</a>, one of the <a title="Pakistani" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pakistani" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Pakistani</a> militants of the <a title="2008 Mumbai attacks" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008_Mumbai_attacks" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">2008 Mumbai attacks</a>, as a &#8220;child&#8221;, and compared him with <a title="Narendra Modi" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narendra_Modi" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Narendra Modi</a>. He asked if Kasab was hanged then why is Modi not hanged, and said that the reason was only because Kasab was a Pakistani and Modi is Indian. He said that if the Muslims of India united like the Muslims of Andhra Pradesh, Narendra Modi would soon be hanged.”</p>

<p>“Hyderabad, Jan 22: Political scenario in Hyderabad might be worsened with the news that a court in Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday, Jan 22 extended judicial custody of the legislator of Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) &#8211; Akbaruddin Owaisi. Akbaruddin&#8217;s judicial custody has been extended till Feb 5 over a hate speech case. <a href="http://news.oneindia.in/2013/01/22/owaisis-cornered-in-hyderabad-akbaruddin-custody-extend-1135107.html" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">After the judgement of the Nirmal court, police brought him back to Adilabad jail.</a></p>
<p>Hyderabad and some other parts of Andhra Pradesh witnessed a complete shutdown on Tuesday following the arrest of MIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi regarding a 2005 protest case. Shops, business houses and educational institutes remained shut in the old city and other Muslim-dominated areas in the state capital. The government road transport corporation suspended most of its bus services while auto-rickshaws also remained off the roads.”</p>

<p>“MIM supremo and Hyderabad MP <a href="http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/topic/Asaduddin-Owaisi-(politician)" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Asaduddin Owaisi</a> surrendered before a local court in Sangareddy in Medak district &#8211; not more than 25 kms from the state capital &#8211; on Monday morning in connection with a case of rioting and other charges registered in 2005.</p>
<p>Named as accused number one in the case, Asaduddin was remanded in judicial custody till February 2 by special judicial first class magistrate <a href="http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/topic/Maruti-Devi" target="“_blank”" rel="“nofollow”">Maruti Devi</a> and lodged in the district jail at Sangareddy. A bail application moved by the MP is slated to be heard on Tuesday. A non-bailable warrant had been pending against the duo but with the MIM part of the ruling UPA at the Centre, the police had not bothered to execute it.”</p>
<p>I only hope that the reverent Sushil Shinde has not condoned these two Hafiz Saeeds of India before claiming Hindu terrorists. Hindus have the right to self protection and reach out to defend themselves if and when their survival is threatened in their own home. Hindus have no organised terrorists exported out in the name of jihad and fatwas Vis a Via Islamic terrorists, Shinde might know it. Will his official spokespersons stop deifying Osama as Osamaji and Hafiz Saeed as Hafiz Saeed Saheb?</p>

<p><strong>(CHAKRA)</strong> On August 25th, 2012, the Hindu Human Rights (HHR) organization&#8217;s website was hacked and taken down. A day earlier HHR had published a press release indicating that London-based Hindu groups would perform a  marathon series of protests and prayers across London. These protest sites included Pakistan, Bangladesh and Malaysia embassies due to these nations high involvement in the atrocities against Hindu minorities by Islamic regimes and extremists.</p>
<p>The Indian High Commission was also a place where the protests would occur due to the current Indian government&#8217;s biased anti-hindu rhetoric such as the latest Assam attacks where tens of thousands of Hindu Bodos were displaced from their land of origin.</p>
<p>The hacking of the HHR website comes coincidentally a few days after the Congress administration blocked hundreds of websites  that contained graphic or pro-Hindu information on the Assam riots. The Indian Home Ministry this week provided lists of around 300 web pages with images and links on sites including Facebook, Twitter, Wikipedia, news channel ABC of Australia to the Ministry of Communications and IT, which then ordered Internet Service Providers to block them.</p>
<p>The original press release publish by Hindu Human Rights stated the the Marathon Hindu Solidarity Protests would occur in London, UK on September 16th, 2012, starting at the Indian High Commission and ending at Marble Arch for a prayer vigil in memory of the tens of thousands Hindu Tamils killed and temples destroyed in the tamil tiger freedom struggle.</p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">MINORITY OR NOT A MINORITY- THAT IS THE QUESTION:</span></strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />
</span><br />
Let us focus on the word &#8216;minority&#8217;. What exactly does it mean to be a minority? Take the example of a multi-national company, say, &#8216;McDonalds&#8217;, which has a franchise set up in India. Would one by any means consider McDonalds a &#8220;minority&#8221; company? Of course not, simply because its nexus lies abroad, and what is present in India is simply an off-shoot; a subsidiary branch of something large having its base outside.</p>
<p>Same is the case with Christianity in India; foreign nexuses around the globe have set up institutions in our country. These Christian Institutions in India are not a minority, they are simply connecting nodes, equipped and commandeered from abroad to serve a specific purpose.<br />
So to get things clear, Christianity, as it exists in India in its current form, cannot be considered a minority.</p>
<p>Just as the funding for a multinational corporation in India comes from outside the country, a staggering amount of money running these organizations comes <em>not</em> from Christians living <em>in</em> India, but centers abroad, and most of them under the guise of providing service, which in reality are set up to convert as many Indians to their faith as they possibly can.</p>
<p>How do they go about doing it? It has been rampant for the past few centuries now. Right from the time the British set foot in India, seeds of conversion were already being sown.<br />
<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />
DEBUNKING THE ARYAN INVASION THEORY:<br />
</span></strong></p>
<p>There are several challenges involved in colonizing a nation. What makes it easier to accomplish is when you present yourself as their superiors, in some cases, even their saviors. Such an agenda gave rise to a very destructive and false notion known as the &#8216;Aryan Invasion Theory&#8217; (AIT).<br />
AIT basically postulates that the ancient Indians of Vedic times derived their civilization and Vedic religion from foreign invaders.</p>
<p>The word &#8216;Aryan&#8217; comes from the Sanskrit word &#8216;<em>Arya</em>&#8216; (????), which simply means &#8216;noble&#8217;. It has absolutely nothing to do with race. The Europeans had us believe otherwise.</p>
<p>It took many prominent historians decades of struggling against the inertia of false ideologies, created by colonist brainwashing- not to mention dissenting views of many biased anti-Indian historians- to finally drive the nail on this theory, and thankfully as a result it is losing its validity even in academic circles. You can find innumerable related studies on the internet or otherwise; few of which include <em>‘Solid Evidence Debunking Aryan Invasion’, </em>by<em> </em>David Frawley<em>; ‘History of Ancient India’, </em>by<em> </em>Kamlesh Kapur<em>; ‘The Collapse of the Aryan Invasion Theory’, </em>by<em> </em>Professor Nicholas Kazanas- among others.</p>
<p>The AIT gave rise to many tragic conclusions. A known fact is that Hitler&#8217;s Nazism was heavily based on the AIT notion, and that led to the killing of millions of innocent people, due to a sense of racial superiority. Unfortunately the roots of lies run very deep; AIT is still running rounds, having re-packaged itself as the ‘Aryan Migration Theory’.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">FALSE DRAVIDIAN PREMISE</span></strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">:</span></p>
<p>Another major and contemporary problem is the Dravidian identity. As mentioned, one of the postulates of AIT states that the Aryans came from the outside, and the Dravidians were the original inhabitants of India. This split the nation into two along the geo-politico-socio-cultural lines. Some in the southern states consider themselves Dravidians, and wish to carve a separate identity, even a separate nation for themselves. Unfortunately they bought into the AIT premise and do not understand that the people of India as a whole are an indigenous lot.</p>
<p>This topic has been masterfully dealt in the book <em>‘Breaking India’</em> authored by Mr. Rajiv Malhotra and Mr. Aravindan Neelakandan. This book is highly recommended for those who are interested in knowing about the various issues plaguing India today. I have spoken to one of the co-authors at length, and the situation does look very bleak at this point. I quote from their website:<em></em></p>
<p>The fabrication of South Indian history is being carried out on an immense scale with the explicit goal of constructing a Dravidian identity that is distinct from that of the rest of India. From the 1830s onwards, this endeavor’s key milestones have claimed that south India: is linguistically separate from the rest of India; has an un-Indian culture, aesthetics and literature; has a history disconnected from India’s; is racially distinct; is religiously distinct; and, consequently, is a separate nation.</p>
<p><em> Tamil classical literature that predates the 19th century reveals no such identity conflicts especially with “alien” peoples of the north, nor does it reveal any sense of victimhood or any view of Westerners or Christians as “liberators.” This identity engineering was begun by British colonial and missionary scholars, picked up by politically ambitious south Indians with British backing, and subsequently assumed a life of its own. Even then it was largely a secular movement for political power (albeit with a substratum of racist rhetoric). In recent decades, however, a vast network of groups based in the West has co-opted this movement and is attempting to transform Tamil identity into the Dravidian Christianity movement premised on a fabricated racial-religious history</em></p>
<p><em>This rewriting of history has necessitated a range of archeological falsities and even epigraphic hoaxes, blatantly contradicting scientific evidence. Similar interventions by some of the same global forces have resulted in genocides and civil wars in Sri Lanka, Rwanda and other places. If unchallenged these movements could produce horrific outcomes in South India.</em></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />
DALIT BRAINWASHING:</span></strong></p>
<p>Dalits in India, who are very much a part of Hinduism, are being strategically trained to turn against Hinduism. This is a two-part process. The first step involves converting them to ‘Neo-Buddhism’, which has only a namesake association with Buddhism, but in reality is simply an anti-Hindu construct. While Buddhism itself is a beautiful religion, Neo-Buddhism is a part of a bitter two-step agenda of alienation and conversion.</p>
<p>In the second step, already drenched with anti-Hindu propaganda, these Neo-Buddhist Dalits fall easy prey to be converted to Christianity.</p>
<p>It is not uncommon to see pictures of Jesus shown sitting in <em>Padmasana </em>(lotus posture), and termed as a more “recent” <em>Avatara</em>, in an attempt to lure Hindus away. I was narrated incidents of school-bus drivers, who will stall the vehicle in the middle of the road, and ask the children to pray to their favorite God so they can get to school safely. The kids pray to their Hindu deities to no avail. Then they are asked to pray to Jesus, and voila, the engine purrs with life. Other methods include shamelessly offering food if one pledges their allegiance to Christianity. Some downright offer money and some even create intentional friction in different families, initiating them in the Church under the pretext of offering help.</p>
<p>Charity is when you provide something to the needy, with no strings attached. In the case of these missionaries, their strings tangle you up for good: families fall apart, lives are destroyed, and the entire social structure crumbles to the ground. As we already discussed, the money to fund these activities comes from abroad. This money goes to strategically aim at the poorest and most uneducated strata of society, to strip them away from their traditional roots.</p>
<p>There are many cases where the Christians bully or outcaste their Hindu neighbours to the point that they convert to Christianity just to be socially accepted.</p>
<p>These were just glimpses of the enormous scale on which such happenings occur. This is how these divisive forces accomplish the task of abducting people from their Hindu roots through a process of constant brainwashing and trickery.</p>
<p>Vote-bank politics works by disallowing the minorities from merging in with the mainstream culture, purposely segregating them, making them feel inadequately represented, and polarizing their votes to gain election victories. These vote-bank politics apply not only to Dalits, but also to Christians and Muslims, as stated earlier. Little do they know that the very politicians who claim to liberate them, are only caging them further. The principle is deceivingly simple- if you make someone believe they are handicapped, and offer an imaginary crutch, naturally you have their support.</p>
<p>If a common tragedy occurs, the news-heading will be sure to include that the victim was a Dalit. If it was a Brahmin or some other <em>varna</em>, it would certainly go unmentioned. Thus we helplessly witness the demonizing of Brahmins, and over time it becomes engraved in our cultural psyche, with these induced ideas becoming our own. Brahmin bashing is a long standing obsession of our media.</p>
<p>Contemplating a little, it is only natural that our politicians prefer to keep the class distinction alive, in order to scoop up their votes. This is the primary cause for these factions being underdeveloped compared to the rest of the nation. The only way to overcome this marginalization is through raising awareness and voting intelligently during elections.<br />
<strong></strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">A CALL TO ACTION:</span></strong></p>
<p>So far we have discussed the disease that plagues our nation as well as the associated symptoms. The cure enjoins the active participation of each one of you.</p>
<p>Verily, it all begins and ends with the individual. Individuals make a family, families form a society, a society sets trends that become a part of our national psyche, and these trends steer the present into the future, through precedents for forthcoming generations to look up to.</p>
<p>If a few individuals shun their duties, others have to bear the weight of their dropped responsibility. When the count reaches a critical number, we fall as a nation, and everything we hold dear and sacred come tumbling down with us like a house of cards.</p>
<p>A democracy that was once of the people, by the people and for the people undergoes an ugly metamorphoses to become a dictatorship of the politicians, by the politicians and for the politicians- a la Congress. Here the pawns are the educated elite- especially in the media business, and the victims are all of us.</p>
<p>A ‘meme’ can be looked upon as a theoretical unit of an idea. It is the carrier of cultural themes, symbols and traditions that flow from mind to mind, generation to generation. What we consider socially acceptable or unacceptable, our likes and dislikes, fads, fashions, and thoughts prevalent in our society today; these are all prompted by memes. The huge nation-wide furor over corruption and support for Anna Hazare too latched onto the public through memes alone. Memes spread like viruses, with each individual mind being the host.</p>
<p>The most dangerous one unleashed is pseudo-secularism. This is nothing short of <em>Intellectual Terrorism. </em>What the divisive organizations and foreign nexuses do is smother our traditional memes and deliberately flood them with a barrage of introduced ideas to suit their own agenda. As a result, it has become common practice; even fashionable, for Hindus to disenfranchise themselves from their customs, rituals, and religion, all of which are resultant effects of an overdose of methodical brainwashing by the divisive forces covertly at work. This is done by soliciting and/or exploiting the System- comprising of the polity, the intelligentsia, the academia and the media.</p>
<p>As individuals, you have the power to influence. Simply by discussing these issues with your family and friends, you can effectively undo some of the damage done by popular media, by being a medium in your own sphere of influence. You can generate new <em>Dharmic</em> ideas, as well as resurrect old ones that are being methodically erased.</p>
<p>As householders, you can ensure that your children grow up in a cultured setting by re-instating Hindu values at home. Taking them to the temple, keeping ancient family practices alive, and the studying of Indian philosophies is a great way to start. It is a fundamental economic principle that demand facilitates supply. Once a market is created it acts as a feedback mechanism, so demand the incorporation of yoga as part of Physical Training (PT) in school, demand Sanskrit to be taught in class, encourage extra-curricular activities like classical dance and singing. If these aren’t offered in school, kindly enroll your child in some independent institution for the same. In due time, your dissatisfaction with the system will compel the schools to cater to these needs. All these things will go a long way in re-discovering our long lost cultural ethos, both in our homes and in society.</p>
<p>As citizens, please vote responsibly in elections. Make your voice heard through the ballots. Politics isn’t dirty; it is people who exploit it because the well intended ones do not take interest in it. Every citizen of the world should be politically aware as a minimum social responsibility.</p>

<p>These statements reference the inaction on part of the German intellectuals, in the face of rising Nazism. They remained silent and allowed injustice to sweep the nation. Our national discourse has been polluted and we are all equally responsible for cleaning it up.</p>
<p>Facts by themselves are lifeless, but when clothed as ideas, they come alive. Ideas cannot be contained- they are self-illuminating, they always find a way to shine even through the smallest crevices, given the faintest sign of hope. Each point discussed in this analysis is an idea worth sharing. The time has come to reclaim our roots through a new wave of interest. Let this be an intellectual awakening. First make it yours, and then share it with others. This revolution can either begin or end at your doorstep, I fervently appeal to you to carry the torch forward.</p>

I will briefly highlight the failures of Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, and that imbecilic brat unofficially known as Rahul Gandhi. Following the failures of the Nehru-Gandhi clan will be a brief list of present day malaises of India which can be attributed to the clan. I shall conclude with a juxtaposition of Mahatma Gandhi’s insights with the failures to live by those insights by the Congress Party figures and their corporate allies as one final jolt of reality.]]></description>

Following the failures of the Nehru-Gandhi clan will be a brief list of present day malaises of India which can be attributed to the clan. I shall conclude with a juxtaposition of Mahatma Gandhi’s insights with the failures to live by those insights by the Congress Party figures and their corporate allies as one final jolt of reality.</p>
<h2>Chacha Nehru my foot! Chacha Blunder is more befitting</h2>
<p>I get really upset with some arrogant and stubborn historians who attempt to shove the belief that there is no “if” clause in history down my throat. This, to me, is the highest form of subversion! All disciplines should be analysed and reassessed based on the tweaking (up or down) or insertion/omission of certain variables (characters/events – for historical studies) in a model which explains a certain phenomena or occurrence. With your kind permission (dear readers), I shall use the “if” clause to better explain my grievances with the Nehru-Gandhi clan. So let us begin with Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru (affectionately known as Chacha Nehru). My own take on the fellow is that he was a power hungry cry baby. Nehru exhibited questionable morality – as his affairs with Lady Mountbatten and others are well documented. He was more at ease with experimenting with unproven foreign policy alternatives such as the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) which went on to weaken Sino-Indian, Indo-American, Indo-Pak relations while it strengthened Indo-Soviet relations.</p>
<p>And now, let us insert my ‘if’ clause and look at Nehru’s tenure as Prime Minister (PM) of India. If Nehru was not such a cry baby, then he would have conceded his defeat to Sardar Patel in the Congress leadership vote. If Sardar Patel was the PM of India, then we could bet with a high degree of confidence that the map of India would be quite different (I’m alluding to Kashmir and other territorial disputes). If Patel was PM, then India would not be governed by the idiotic and experimental foreign policy dictates of Nehru’s “Pancha Sheel – Five Pillars” framework within the Non-Aligned Movement. Nehru’s idiocy is perfectly exemplified by his turning down of the American offer of a permanent seat in the United Nations Security Council in 1955. Instead, our beloved Chacha Nehru chose to be the ‘chamcha’ of our shrewd and realistic neighbours, the Chinese. Nehru vouched for China to have a permanent seat on the council. Nehru’s arrogance in avoiding border discussions and over-confidence in his experimental ‘chamchagiri’ caused India to pay a heavy price on the battlefield in 1962. Nehru never recovered from this blunder and neither did India’s foreign policy. In addition, we should not forget that Nehru (at the insistence of Lord Mountbatten) even put the offer of a plebiscite on the table at the UN in order to resolve the Kashmir dispute. This stupid move is still costing India a high price! Thank you, Chacha Nehru! Next, we analyse Nehru’s daughter.</p>
<h2>“Garibi Hatao” &#8211; Indira Priyadarshini Gandhi</h2>

<p>Where to start with Indira Gandhi? We give lots of credit to Mrs Gandhi for having chopped Pakistan in two pieces. She gave the green light for “Smiling Buddha” to make India a nuclear state. And she brought over to India the Green Revolution (a new age of agricultural best practices and research) which was to alleviate India’s food shortages.  That is where the positive vibes end. Mrs Gandhi was elected as PM for three consecutive terms from 1966-1977 (the third of which was rendered invalid by the courts) and came back to power from 1980-1984 until her assassination by a bodyguard.</p>
<p>Indira Gandhi holds two distinctions: 1) She was the only Indian Prime Minister to have declared a state of emergency so that she could ‘rule by decree’ and 2) She was the only Indian Prime Minister to have been incarcerated after holding the office (Mrs Gandhi committed election fraud in 1971 during her ‘Garibi Hatao’ campaign and was found guilty in 1975). The only ‘Garibi’ that Mrs Gandhi was concerned with was her own. Mrs Gandhi’s ‘rule by decree’ during the state of emergency was simply for two reasons: 1) to eliminate dissidents, and 2) to maintain her stranglehold on the country.</p>
<p>Mrs Gandhi’s son, Sanjay, was instrumental in implementing draconian measures in order to eliminate Congress and anti-Indira dissidents as well as to ravage slum dwellers and poor people during the state of emergency. The infamous ‘family planning’ campaign spearheaded by Sanjay is still fresh in the minds of many Indians. Sanjay’s mass vasectomy campaigns were not conducted under proper sanitary conditions and one can only imagine the pain of infection and death that some of the lured patients felt.  Also, to win the blessings of the Gandhis, many public officers and doctors performed more-than-necessary amounts of vasectomies in order to meet the quota prescribed by Sanjay. Mrs Gandhi failed the Indian people by ruling like a tyrant. She took away the rights and freedoms of Indians while projecting a persona of “Mother” of the nation. For what did she do this? For power!</p>
<p>Indira Gandhi’s failures also hit the Punjab. She let Bhindranwale and his followers get to the point where they could assassinate anyone that they deemed heretics (Nirankaris etc.) as they pleased. At the same time, Bhindranwale’s friends received training from the ISI and they all jointly devised a plan to create Khalistan by taking over the Golden Temple. Indira Gandhi was left with no choice but to show Bhindranwale who was boss. Operation Bluestar and the subsequent actions of India’s supercop, KPS Gill, virtually eradicated the Khalistan movement from India. However, there were some very negative consequences. Sikhs were alienated and violated as their holiest shrine was ravaged. We also had the anti-Sikh riots of 1984. As well, I would like to share that this conflict also took the lives of over 329 passengers of Air India flight 182 in 1985. The passengers of that flight were brutally killed by a time bomb placed in the aircraft planted by Canada-based Khalistanis. 291 innocent Indo-Canadians lost their lives due to Indira Gandhi and the Khalistanis!</p>
<p>As a final criticism, many foreign policy experts suggest that Mrs Gandhi did not push hard enough on Zulfikar Ali Bhutto to make the LoC a permanent border between India and Pakistan (with respect to Kashmir). But that is a dwarfed issue as her victory in carving Pakistan in to two pieces overshadowed this criticism.</p>
<p>Indira Gandhi’s legacy is nothing short of tyranny. However, her assassination gained her sympathy and it seems that many people have forgotten all of the bad that she had committed. We now move on to her elder son, Rajiv.</p>
<h2>Rajiv Gandhi</h2>

<p>Rajiv Gandhi was a mixed bag. He came in to politics after the assassination of his mother. She had initially planned to push Sanjay (her younger son) in to the top seat of Prime Minister, but he died in an airplane accident. However, Sanjay did rule the country under his mother’s name. Oh, and what a horrific job he did. Rajiv Gandhi came in to politics by accident but left his mark on India’s history. He started off by promising to modernize India, to press for global nuclear disarmament, to decentralise power, to clean up the Holy Ganges and many other promises. However, he was only partially successful in keeping some of his promises. Rajiv Gandhi helped to pave the way for India’s modern economy and peace with China, but that is where the glory stops. He was voted out of office due to his role in the Bofors scandal.</p>
<p>Rajiv Gandhi’s glories of institutionalising peace with China and modernizing India’s economy were overshadowed by his failures. I’ll list some of TK Arun’s thoughts on Rajiv Gandhi’s failures verbatim:</p>
<ul>
<li><em>“The foremost failure is the contempt he showed for the Indian people&#8230;.The strategy of serially appeasing first Muslim fundamentalists and then Hindu fundamentalists reflected cynical contempt for the people and their intelligence.”</em></li>
<li><em>“A related failure was his tendency to see people as objects of development, rather than as its subjects, the driving force. This led Rajiv Gandhi to trust technology missions to deliver clearly defined development goals.”</em></li>
</ul>
<p>Rajiv never got the opportunity to rectify his mistakes and was brutally assassinated by LTTE terrorists in a suicide bomb blast. Rajiv Gandhi had just started to show some political wisdom while in the opposition but never got the chance to prove himself. I suppose the torch needed to be passed on and his time on earth had come to an end.<em> </em></p>
<h2>Sonia and Rahul Gandhi</h2>

<p>Take a moment to bow your heads in reverence to Dr Subramanian Swamy. If it wasn’t for his swift actions, then Sonia Gandhi would be the Prime Minister of India (instead of Manmohan Singh). This one man has singlehandedly taken down political powerhouses. Many of the corruption scandals that we hear of and which were perpetrated by the Nehru-Gandhi clan were exposed and brought to the Supreme Court by Dr Swamy’s petitions. I don’t have anything positive to say for Sonia Gandhi and her silly son, Rahul. They both have slapped the small positive legacy of Rajiv Gandhi in the face with the record-breaking levels of corruption and sheer incompetence. Sonia doesn’t speak English or Hindi well. She can only do one thing well, and that is corruption. It must have been something she learned from the infamous Mafia of Italy, her motherland. Sonia is going to be brought to justice eventually. Her role in the numerous scams of the day is being exposed. Her son-in-law, Robert Vadra, became a billionaire out of thin air due to the connections that she had. That is just the tip of the iceberg.</p>
<p>One should understand very carefully that Sonia runs and operates India and her Congress party much the same way as a Grand Patriarch in a Mafia of Italy would do. Sonia is the Grand Matriarch of the Congress party and not a single decision is made without her stamp of approval and cut in the share of profits. Politicians and business people know damn well that they must pay respects and hefty tributes to the Grand Matriarch, Sonia in order to rape and pillage the country. I’ll share an example of how desperate some lowly politicians are to get in to Sonia’s inner circle. A few years back, Amar Singh and Mani Shankar Aiyar were attending a function in Delhi. Both gentlemen enjoyed their drinks but Aiyar had one too many. In a drunken stupor, he provoked Singh in to a mini-brawl. What was the reason? Aiyar was jealous that Singh and his leader (at the time) Mulayam Singh was gaining much clout with Sonia while Aiyar was struggling to get a berth in the Congress Working Committee. Enough about Sonia let us briefly discuss the brat, Rahul.</p>
<p>Sonia’s dear son Rahul does speak Hindi but he is a walking buffoon who has shown absolutely no political maturity. Rahul’s idea of being a man of the people is to roll up his sleeves and sit down at a villager’s home (near his constituency of Amethi) and eat puri-sabzi while NDTV and CNN-IBN report his every move as “Breaking News”. His staged humility is a sham!</p>
<p>Both Sonia and Rahul have dubious education records. However, Rahul takes the prize for the worst Gandhi as he is also an alleged rapist. If India elects Rahul Gandhi as its next PM, then nothing can save the country from pure and utter disaster. Also, what message will India be sending to the world if it elects an uneducated and alleged rapist to the posting of PM?</p>
<p>To sum up, the culture of failing the Indian people has been well preserved by Sonia Gandhi and her son, Rahul. One doesn’t even feel like wasting one’s time by discussing the endless list of failures that are attributed to these people. Let us now focus on the social, economic and political malaises that India suffers due to the aggregated efforts of the Nehru-Gandhi clan.</p>

<h3>Reservations</h3>
<p>It is without doubt that reservation has helped the scheduled castes and tribes (SCST) ameliorate their social status – albeit at a snail’s pace. But there are some real positives that we should focus on: India has had an SCST President, Chief Justice, and female Chief Minister in Uttar Pradesh (the most populous state). So to an extent, India’s affirmative action project has been working. However, the sticky point is where there are other groups which desire reservations including: Brahmins (the poor ones), poor Hindus of other castes, Muslims, and Christians. These groups have also had the desire to derive some utility from the reservation system so that they could also land public jobs and send their children to IIMs and IITs to be competitive in the Indian market. However, countless governments on both ends of the political spectrum have been able to accomplish nothing for these unfortunate groups. There has been campaign promise rhetoric here and there by tyrants like Mayawati, but that holds no value unless some changes are made.</p>
<h3>What the Hajj?</h3>
<p>‘The Law of Double Standards’ is my term for the Congress Party’s special treatment given to our fellow Indian sisters and brothers of the Islamic faith. By special treatment, I mean that our Muslim sisters and brothers have huge, government sponsored subsidies which support and encourage them to go on their Hajj pilgrimages (to the holy cities of Mecca and Medina). Conversely, there are no such luxuries for Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jews, and Hindus of India. India bends over backwards to protect only one group’s religious identity. I am sure that all jurists who are truly secular would not let any such luxury be enjoyed by any religious community. Also, these same jurists should also believe that there is no room for Sharia law in India’s legal system. All Indians should have to go through the same processes in order to file for divorce etc. I hold all political parties which have ever governed India responsible for this. It does not matter if we are talking of Congress or the BJP. The entire political spectrum is guilty of this double standard.</p>

<h3>Media Bias</h3>
<p>If there is the Congress Party in the political realm, then its propaganda wing consists of most of the media outlets in the country. All leading news agencies are guilty of pro-Congress rhetoric. I will lash out on one specific individual who stands out the most. I must admit my endless disdain for the likes of Barkha Dutt and her Congress-biased colleagues in print and TV media. Barkha Dutt’s crocodile tears at the suffering of Hindu groups are not only wretched but quite comical. Ms Dutt will openly cry genuine tears of sorrow for the pain and suffering of our Muslim sisters and brothers in India and across India’s borders. Ms Dutt is also more pro-Kashmiri independence than the Hurriyat, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Sajjad Lone, Sheikh+Farooq+Omar Abdullah, and Syed Geelani combined! If I was Ms. Dutt’s career advisor, then I’d advise her to join hands with fellow sell-out Arundhati Roy to completely liquidate India’s borders!</p>

<p>I won’t even elaborate on the exact details of the following scams. The list is actually much larger, but please have a quick peek at the table to get an idea of some of the high profile scams perpetrated by the Nehru-Gandhi clan and its minions.</p>

<h2>Disaster</h2>
<p>India’s economy is growing at a fast rate and the demographics of the country are promising. However, corruption, lousy infrastructure, and poor governance are all great reasons for concern! Failure to plug these holes may pose the risk of devastating the country. You can thank the Nehru-Gandhi Clan + Congress for the majority of this mess. However, there is a way out.</p>

<h2>Solutions</h2>
<p>The first step to improving from the status quo is awareness. I’m not so sure if all Indians are aware of what is truly going on in the country. Media subversion (funded by Congress and its industrialist friends) has played a very negative role in misinforming the public. Alternative media must be further nurtured by the civil society to fight this subversion! It is fast, cheap, democratic, and self-policing. It will be the game changer!</p>
<p>Solutions to India’s problems will only be formulated and executed when the entire population of India knows about the current state of affairs and feels that enough is enough. A collective effort is needed to bring about positive and sustainable change in the Motherland. I would like to offer some food for thought and action:</p>
<p>Mahatma Gandhi gave his grandson, Arun Gandhi, a list of the Seven Blunders of the World that lead to violence. Arun Gandhi added his own idea to the list. Steven W. Gilbert has added four more blunders to the list which focus on teaching, learning, and technology. I’ve added some names beside each blunder (in the Indian context). You be the judge and decide whether my opinions carry any merit or not.</p>

<li>Pleasure without conscience [Mahatma Gandhi] <strong>&#8211;&gt;</strong> Jawaharlal Nehru (womanizer), Rahul Gandhi (alleged rapist).</li>
<li>Knowledge without character [Mahatma Gandhi] <strong>&#8211;&gt;</strong> Manmohan Singh (what use is your education when you have no spine to make decisions?).</li>
<li>Commerce without morality [Mahatma Gandhi]<strong> &#8211;&gt;</strong> 2G and CWG Scandals (in recent times). Let us not forget Natwar Singh’s payoffs in the Iraq oil-for-food program!</li>
<li>Science without humanity [Mahatma Gandhi]<strong> &#8211;&gt;</strong> Montek Singh Ahluwalia who is lobbying for Monsanto and European/American Pharmaceutical firms to destroy India’s food supply and affordable access to medication!</li>
<li>Worship without sacrifice [Mahatma Gandhi] <strong>&#8211;&gt;</strong> All the vote bank seeking politicians who simply pay lip service to communities but are not true to their word.</li>
<li>Politics without principle [Mahatma Gandhi] <strong>&#8211;&gt;</strong> P.Chidambaram, Kapil Sibal, Amar Singh, Salman Khurshid, Digvijay Singh, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi (let’s stick to contemporary politicians only – or else the list will never end).</li>
<li>Rights without responsibilities [Arun Gandhi] <strong>&#8211;&gt;</strong> The Apathetic voters who don’t stand up to corruption and tyranny but who complain that their lives are destroyed.</li>
<li>Technology without direction [Steven W. Gilbert] <strong>&#8211;&gt;</strong> Nandan Nilekani’s UIDAI government venture has ballooned from Rs 3,023 crore to Rs 17,863 as Nilekani wants to increase his biometric capture mandate. Hmmm, this sounds like a typical consulting engagement which was agreed at one rate and then finalized at a rate which is grossly over budget. It builds dependence of the client on to the consultancy. Typical business model!</li>
<li>Connection without community [Steven W. Gilbert] <strong>&#8211;&gt;</strong> Political or business leaders may have Social Media followers or may meet the common man or woman at a face-to-face public event, but that does not translate into true community building. Need I offer examples? I think not.</li>
<li>Teaching without joy [Steven W. Gilbert]<strong> &#8211;&gt;</strong> Education is no longer a noble profession in India and elsewhere. It is simply a business! Not to discount the noble educators in the country.</li>
<li>Learning without hope [Steven W. Gilbert] <strong>&#8211;&gt;</strong> All of those young students who are working so hard but feel that they have no future due to reservations, corruption, slow job creation, nepotism, and a lack of meritocracy in India!</li>
</ol>
<p>With that, I sign off wishing you all peace, health, righteousness, self-awareness, and endless resolve to clean up the homeland and the world!</p>

<p>Narendra Modi was cleared of any wrongdoing by the Supreme Court of India of the Godhra 2002 riots. However, the anti-BJP and anti-hindu media constantly blames him. If they blame Modi for the 2002 Godhra riots, then why don&#8217;t they constantly remind us of all the riots that took place under Congress Government?</p>
<p>Most of the victims in the below riots were members from the Hindu community, but the media doesn&#8217;t feel they need to remind us about these riots and will continue to blame anyone associated with BJP or that has relations with Hinduism.</p>
<p>To be fair, the media should remind us of the ruling governments in these riots and make sure that they do not stop until the Supreme Court of India has cleared them just as they did for Modi.</p>

<p>The brutal suppression of Swami Ramdev’s protests against corruption which reaches to the highest echelons of the Indian government should come as no surprise to anyone who has had the unfortunate experience of coming face to face with the country’s administrative and highly bureaucratic infrastructure. Graft, greed, black money, backhanders and dishonesty have become integral to the rusting steel frame of national civil administration. But what is perhaps most shocking is the silence.</p>
<p>Where are all the human rights voices who are always keen to support separatism in Kashmir and otherwise so very eager to expose the brutality of army and police when they crackdown on protests? Where are the western ‘liberal’ intellectuals who willingly act as sheep and android mouthpieces for the aforementioned Indian chattering class academics and activists? The only disturbing conclusions one can draw from this silence is that the leader of this anti-corruption drive is a revered Hindu holy man. Such a figure is an anathema to the Orwellian claustrophobia which strangulates all rational thinking when it comes to India political and social commentary.</p>
<p>In this Brave New World the unwritten rule is that Swami Ramdev must be wrong because he is an honoured figure within Hinduism. One need only compare to the kid glove treatment given to the Pakistani terrorists who arrived on that accursed December to inflict maximum casualties in Mumbai on specifically Hindu, Jewish and western human targets. Pleas continue to be heard for clemency and to understand the ‘context’ of why such people would want to commit genocide had they not been limited by numbers and killing machine technology. Yet with Swami Ramdev not one voice in favour but already rumblings of why Indian human rights activists and their duped western sheep either employ the self-censorship of gagging or slowly veer to subtle condemnation of him. It is in the latter that we learn the real reason why Swami Ramdev’s very important anti-corruption drive is being ignored or opposed. As one famous western news website put it, he is “openly backed by India ’s Hindu nationalist opposition”. That is basically the crux of it, and the reason for the double standards in reporting.</p>
<p>The Indian masses in their millions will have to rely on themselves for their “Arab spring” in order to get rid of an authoritarian ruling class who siphon off billions just as their parallel entities got so sued to doing in the Middle East . But while the people in the Middle East have been supported for their efforts to rid themselves of thieving kleptocracies, even when the radical religious element was never far from the forefront, in India the very idea that a Hindu religious figure can do the same is delegitimised simply because Baba Ramdev is Hindu and shows the relevance of Hinduism in all aspects of modern life, including tackling a system which effectively locks millions into poverty and dependence upon an inflexible crushing parasitic form of clientage which is the antithesis of democracy, liberalism and civic duties.</p>
