I can understand that the fact people can play the gods is in a way offensive, however I think it should be taken as a compliment that they choose Hinduism as it's gods have such rich and colourful mythology too them and I think to see it brought to life is actually quite amazing and for the record I don't think they choose to put Hindu gods in because Hindu people will not retaliate, I think they put them in because their gods are much more interesting and vibrant and I can't help but notice that 'this guys' comment actually sounds quite rude towards other religions, I'm assuming by people who will retaliate you mean Catholicism and may I just ask which gods they would add aside from 'God' himself? It wouldn't make sense. As for saying that they're doing it for money, just shows how much you actually know about the game itself, it is Free to Play, they don't make money of the gods themselves, atleast not normally, although there are ways to pay to play gods.
Another thing, saying that they're degrading gods and goddess by depicting them in a pornographic manner, let's take a look at some pictures of Kali from India, in almost every drawing she's practically wearing nothing, that's just accuracy to the real thing, you can't blame them for having semi nude goddesses if in all the ancient pictures the goddesses are naked.
Finally I'd like to conclude by saying that I understand both sides of this argument completely and this is simply my opinion with no offense intended.

I don't see it going our way, unfortunately in today's world things like ridiculing religions is acceptable. Then again, they do pick their targets well, we're rational, reasonable, and generally peaceful people. I know of a religion that would do something drastic if they were to be targeted, corporations are well aware of this.

They're cowards, they avoid those who they know will retaliate, and target us. Just my two cents.
