Introduction – As a follow up to one of my previous articles, Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence Bill, 2011, I’ve decided to focus my grievances with the unscrupulous subversion of India’s population as perpetrated by the Nehru-Gandhi clan and its minions. I am quite upset by watching India celebrate the failures of the Nehru-Gandhi clan and its continued erosion of the country’s social, religious, political and economic fabric. You know, we usually hear people say things like: “you don’t give this woman or this man enough credit for all the good things he/she has done”. My task in this modest essay is to shed light on what we don’t hear people say enough: “you don’t give this woman or this man enough credit for all the bad things he/she has done”. So be forewarned, I’ll be quite negative in the following paragraphs. If you are a diehard fan of the Nehru-Gandhi family (the clan), then be prepared to get the wakeup call of your life. I will briefly highlight the failures of Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, and that imbecilic brat unofficially known as Rahul Gandhi. Following the failures of the Nehru-Gandhi clan will be a brief list of present day malaises of India which can be attributed to the clan. I shall conclude with a juxtaposition of Mahatma Gandhi’s insights with the failures to live by those insights by the Congress Party figures and their corporate allies as one final jolt of reality.
Chacha Nehru my foot! Chacha Blunder is more befitting
I get really upset with some arrogant and stubborn historians who attempt to shove the belief that there is no “if” clause in history down my throat. This, to me, is the highest form of subversion! All disciplines should be analysed and reassessed based on the tweaking (up or down) or insertion/omission of certain variables (characters/events – for historical studies) in a model which explains a certain phenomena or occurrence. With your kind permission (dear readers), I shall use the “if” clause to better explain my grievances with the Nehru-Gandhi clan. So let us begin with Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru (affectionately known as Chacha Nehru). My own take on the fellow is that he was a power hungry cry baby. Nehru exhibited questionable morality – as his affairs with Lady Mountbatten and others are well documented. He was more at ease with experimenting with unproven foreign policy alternatives such as the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) which went on to weaken Sino-Indian, Indo-American, Indo-Pak relations while it strengthened Indo-Soviet relations.
And now, let us insert my ‘if’ clause and look at Nehru’s tenure as Prime Minister (PM) of India. If Nehru was not such a cry baby, then he would have conceded his defeat to Sardar Patel in the Congress leadership vote. If Sardar Patel was the PM of India, then we could bet with a high degree of confidence that the map of India would be quite different (I’m alluding to Kashmir and other territorial disputes). If Patel was PM, then India would not be governed by the idiotic and experimental foreign policy dictates of Nehru’s “Pancha Sheel – Five Pillars” framework within the Non-Aligned Movement. Nehru’s idiocy is perfectly exemplified by his turning down of the American offer of a permanent seat in the United Nations Security Council in 1955. Instead, our beloved Chacha Nehru chose to be the ‘chamcha’ of our shrewd and realistic neighbours, the Chinese. Nehru vouched for China to have a permanent seat on the council. Nehru’s arrogance in avoiding border discussions and over-confidence in his experimental ‘chamchagiri’ caused India to pay a heavy price on the battlefield in 1962. Nehru never recovered from this blunder and neither did India’s foreign policy. In addition, we should not forget that Nehru (at the insistence of Lord Mountbatten) even put the offer of a plebiscite on the table at the UN in order to resolve the Kashmir dispute. This stupid move is still costing India a high price! Thank you, Chacha Nehru! Next, we analyse Nehru’s daughter.
“Garibi Hatao” – Indira Priyadarshini Gandhi

Where to start with Indira Gandhi? We give lots of credit to Mrs Gandhi for having chopped Pakistan in two pieces. She gave the green light for “Smiling Buddha” to make India a nuclear state. And she brought over to India the Green Revolution (a new age of agricultural best practices and research) which was to alleviate India’s food shortages. That is where the positive vibes end. Mrs Gandhi was elected as PM for three consecutive terms from 1966-1977 (the third of which was rendered invalid by the courts) and came back to power from 1980-1984 until her assassination by a bodyguard.
Indira Gandhi holds two distinctions: 1) She was the only Indian Prime Minister to have declared a state of emergency so that she could ‘rule by decree’ and 2) She was the only Indian Prime Minister to have been incarcerated after holding the office (Mrs Gandhi committed election fraud in 1971 during her ‘Garibi Hatao’ campaign and was found guilty in 1975). The only ‘Garibi’ that Mrs Gandhi was concerned with was her own. Mrs Gandhi’s ‘rule by decree’ during the state of emergency was simply for two reasons: 1) to eliminate dissidents, and 2) to maintain her stranglehold on the country.
Mrs Gandhi’s son, Sanjay, was instrumental in implementing draconian measures in order to eliminate Congress and anti-Indira dissidents as well as to ravage slum dwellers and poor people during the state of emergency. The infamous ‘family planning’ campaign spearheaded by Sanjay is still fresh in the minds of many Indians. Sanjay’s mass vasectomy campaigns were not conducted under proper sanitary conditions and one can only imagine the pain of infection and death that some of the lured patients felt. Also, to win the blessings of the Gandhis, many public officers and doctors performed more-than-necessary amounts of vasectomies in order to meet the quota prescribed by Sanjay. Mrs Gandhi failed the Indian people by ruling like a tyrant. She took away the rights and freedoms of Indians while projecting a persona of “Mother” of the nation. For what did she do this? For power!
Indira Gandhi’s failures also hit the Punjab. She let Bhindranwale and his followers get to the point where they could assassinate anyone that they deemed heretics (Nirankaris etc.) as they pleased. At the same time, Bhindranwale’s friends received training from the ISI and they all jointly devised a plan to create Khalistan by taking over the Golden Temple. Indira Gandhi was left with no choice but to show Bhindranwale who was boss. Operation Bluestar and the subsequent actions of India’s supercop, KPS Gill, virtually eradicated the Khalistan movement from India. However, there were some very negative consequences. Sikhs were alienated and violated as their holiest shrine was ravaged. We also had the anti-Sikh riots of 1984. As well, I would like to share that this conflict also took the lives of over 329 passengers of Air India flight 182 in 1985. The passengers of that flight were brutally killed by a time bomb placed in the aircraft planted by Canada-based Khalistanis. 291 innocent Indo-Canadians lost their lives due to Indira Gandhi and the Khalistanis!
As a final criticism, many foreign policy experts suggest that Mrs Gandhi did not push hard enough on Zulfikar Ali Bhutto to make the LoC a permanent border between India and Pakistan (with respect to Kashmir). But that is a dwarfed issue as her victory in carving Pakistan in to two pieces overshadowed this criticism.
Indira Gandhi’s legacy is nothing short of tyranny. However, her assassination gained her sympathy and it seems that many people have forgotten all of the bad that she had committed. We now move on to her elder son, Rajiv.
Rajiv Gandhi

Rajiv Gandhi was a mixed bag. He came in to politics after the assassination of his mother. She had initially planned to push Sanjay (her younger son) in to the top seat of Prime Minister, but he died in an airplane accident. However, Sanjay did rule the country under his mother’s name. Oh, and what a horrific job he did. Rajiv Gandhi came in to politics by accident but left his mark on India’s history. He started off by promising to modernize India, to press for global nuclear disarmament, to decentralise power, to clean up the Holy Ganges and many other promises. However, he was only partially successful in keeping some of his promises. Rajiv Gandhi helped to pave the way for India’s modern economy and peace with China, but that is where the glory stops. He was voted out of office due to his role in the Bofors scandal.
Rajiv Gandhi’s glories of institutionalising peace with China and modernizing India’s economy were overshadowed by his failures. I’ll list some of TK Arun’s thoughts on Rajiv Gandhi’s failures verbatim:
- “The foremost failure is the contempt he showed for the Indian people….The strategy of serially appeasing first Muslim fundamentalists and then Hindu fundamentalists reflected cynical contempt for the people and their intelligence.”
- “A related failure was his tendency to see people as objects of development, rather than as its subjects, the driving force. This led Rajiv Gandhi to trust technology missions to deliver clearly defined development goals.”
Rajiv never got the opportunity to rectify his mistakes and was brutally assassinated by LTTE terrorists in a suicide bomb blast. Rajiv Gandhi had just started to show some political wisdom while in the opposition but never got the chance to prove himself. I suppose the torch needed to be passed on and his time on earth had come to an end.
Sonia and Rahul Gandhi

Take a moment to bow your heads in reverence to Dr Subramanian Swamy. If it wasn’t for his swift actions, then Sonia Gandhi would be the Prime Minister of India (instead of Manmohan Singh). This one man has singlehandedly taken down political powerhouses. Many of the corruption scandals that we hear of and which were perpetrated by the Nehru-Gandhi clan were exposed and brought to the Supreme Court by Dr Swamy’s petitions. I don’t have anything positive to say for Sonia Gandhi and her silly son, Rahul. They both have slapped the small positive legacy of Rajiv Gandhi in the face with the record-breaking levels of corruption and sheer incompetence. Sonia doesn’t speak English or Hindi well. She can only do one thing well, and that is corruption. It must have been something she learned from the infamous Mafia of Italy, her motherland. Sonia is going to be brought to justice eventually. Her role in the numerous scams of the day is being exposed. Her son-in-law, Robert Vadra, became a billionaire out of thin air due to the connections that she had. That is just the tip of the iceberg.
One should understand very carefully that Sonia runs and operates India and her Congress party much the same way as a Grand Patriarch in a Mafia of Italy would do. Sonia is the Grand Matriarch of the Congress party and not a single decision is made without her stamp of approval and cut in the share of profits. Politicians and business people know damn well that they must pay respects and hefty tributes to the Grand Matriarch, Sonia in order to rape and pillage the country. I’ll share an example of how desperate some lowly politicians are to get in to Sonia’s inner circle. A few years back, Amar Singh and Mani Shankar Aiyar were attending a function in Delhi. Both gentlemen enjoyed their drinks but Aiyar had one too many. In a drunken stupor, he provoked Singh in to a mini-brawl. What was the reason? Aiyar was jealous that Singh and his leader (at the time) Mulayam Singh was gaining much clout with Sonia while Aiyar was struggling to get a berth in the Congress Working Committee. Enough about Sonia let us briefly discuss the brat, Rahul.
Sonia’s dear son Rahul does speak Hindi but he is a walking buffoon who has shown absolutely no political maturity. Rahul’s idea of being a man of the people is to roll up his sleeves and sit down at a villager’s home (near his constituency of Amethi) and eat puri-sabzi while NDTV and CNN-IBN report his every move as “Breaking News”. His staged humility is a sham!
Both Sonia and Rahul have dubious education records. However, Rahul takes the prize for the worst Gandhi as he is also an alleged rapist. If India elects Rahul Gandhi as its next PM, then nothing can save the country from pure and utter disaster. Also, what message will India be sending to the world if it elects an uneducated and alleged rapist to the posting of PM?
To sum up, the culture of failing the Indian people has been well preserved by Sonia Gandhi and her son, Rahul. One doesn’t even feel like wasting one’s time by discussing the endless list of failures that are attributed to these people. Let us now focus on the social, economic and political malaises that India suffers due to the aggregated efforts of the Nehru-Gandhi clan.

Reservations
It is without doubt that reservation has helped the scheduled castes and tribes (SCST) ameliorate their social status – albeit at a snail’s pace. But there are some real positives that we should focus on: India has had an SCST President, Chief Justice, and female Chief Minister in Uttar Pradesh (the most populous state). So to an extent, India’s affirmative action project has been working. However, the sticky point is where there are other groups which desire reservations including: Brahmins (the poor ones), poor Hindus of other castes, Muslims, and Christians. These groups have also had the desire to derive some utility from the reservation system so that they could also land public jobs and send their children to IIMs and IITs to be competitive in the Indian market. However, countless governments on both ends of the political spectrum have been able to accomplish nothing for these unfortunate groups. There has been campaign promise rhetoric here and there by tyrants like Mayawati, but that holds no value unless some changes are made.
What the Hajj?
‘The Law of Double Standards’ is my term for the Congress Party’s special treatment given to our fellow Indian sisters and brothers of the Islamic faith. By special treatment, I mean that our Muslim sisters and brothers have huge, government sponsored subsidies which support and encourage them to go on their Hajj pilgrimages (to the holy cities of Mecca and Medina). Conversely, there are no such luxuries for Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jews, and Hindus of India. India bends over backwards to protect only one group’s religious identity. I am sure that all jurists who are truly secular would not let any such luxury be enjoyed by any religious community. Also, these same jurists should also believe that there is no room for Sharia law in India’s legal system. All Indians should have to go through the same processes in order to file for divorce etc. I hold all political parties which have ever governed India responsible for this. It does not matter if we are talking of Congress or the BJP. The entire political spectrum is guilty of this double standard.

If there is the Congress Party in the political realm, then its propaganda wing consists of most of the media outlets in the country. All leading news agencies are guilty of pro-Congress rhetoric. I will lash out on one specific individual who stands out the most. I must admit my endless disdain for the likes of Barkha Dutt and her Congress-biased colleagues in print and TV media. Barkha Dutt’s crocodile tears at the suffering of Hindu groups are not only wretched but quite comical. Ms Dutt will openly cry genuine tears of sorrow for the pain and suffering of our Muslim sisters and brothers in India and across India’s borders. Ms Dutt is also more pro-Kashmiri independence than the Hurriyat, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Sajjad Lone, Sheikh+Farooq+Omar Abdullah, and Syed Geelani combined! If I was Ms. Dutt’s career advisor, then I’d advise her to join hands with fellow sell-out Arundhati Roy to completely liquidate India’s borders!

Failure to plug these holes may pose the risk of devastating the country. You can thank the Nehru-Gandhi Clan + Congress for the majority of this mess. However, there is a way out.

Solutions
The first step to improving from the status quo is awareness. I’m not so sure if all Indians are aware of what is truly going on in the country. Media subversion (funded by Congress and its industrialist friends) has played a very negative role in misinforming the public. Alternative media must be further nurtured by the civil society to fight this subversion! It is fast, cheap, democratic, and self-policing. It will be the game changer!
Solutions to India’s problems will only be formulated and executed when the entire population of India knows about the current state of affairs and feels that enough is enough. A collective effort is needed to bring about positive and sustainable change in the Motherland. I would like to offer some food for thought and action:
Mahatma Gandhi gave his grandson, Arun Gandhi, a list of the Seven Blunders of the World that lead to violence. Arun Gandhi added his own idea to the list. Steven W. Gilbert has added four more blunders to the list which focus on teaching, learning, and technology. I’ve added some names beside each blunder (in the Indian context). You be the judge and decide whether my opinions carry any merit or not.
- Wealth without work [Mahatma Gandhi] –> Robert Vadra became a billionaire due to Sonia Gandhi’s connections (there are more cases but let us stick to one for now).
- Pleasure without conscience [Mahatma Gandhi] –> Jawaharlal Nehru (womanizer), Rahul Gandhi (alleged rapist).
- Knowledge without character [Mahatma Gandhi] –> Manmohan Singh (what use is your education when you have no spine to make decisions?).
- Commerce without morality [Mahatma Gandhi] –> 2G and CWG Scandals (in recent times). Let us not forget Natwar Singh’s payoffs in the Iraq oil-for-food program!
- Science without humanity [Mahatma Gandhi] –> Montek Singh Ahluwalia who is lobbying for Monsanto and European/American Pharmaceutical firms to destroy India’s food supply and affordable access to medication!
- Worship without sacrifice [Mahatma Gandhi] –> All the vote bank seeking politicians who simply pay lip service to communities but are not true to their word.
- Politics without principle [Mahatma Gandhi] –> P.Chidambaram, Kapil Sibal, Amar Singh, Salman Khurshid, Digvijay Singh, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi (let’s stick to contemporary politicians only – or else the list will never end).
- Rights without responsibilities [Arun Gandhi] –> The Apathetic voters who don’t stand up to corruption and tyranny but who complain that their lives are destroyed.
- Technology without direction [Steven W. Gilbert] –> Nandan Nilekani’s UIDAI government venture has ballooned from Rs 3,023 crore to Rs 17,863 as Nilekani wants to increase his biometric capture mandate. Hmmm, this sounds like a typical consulting engagement which was agreed at one rate and then finalized at a rate which is grossly over budget. It builds dependence of the client on to the consultancy. Typical business model!
- Connection without community [Steven W. Gilbert] –> Political or business leaders may have Social Media followers or may meet the common man or woman at a face-to-face public event, but that does not translate into true community building. Need I offer examples? I think not.
- Teaching without joy [Steven W. Gilbert] –> Education is no longer a noble profession in India and elsewhere. It is simply a business! Not to discount the noble educators in the country.
- Learning without hope [Steven W. Gilbert] –> All of those young students who are working so hard but feel that they have no future due to reservations, corruption, slow job creation, nepotism, and a lack of meritocracy in India!

When have India as a nation did any harm to any religion/ country? We have only preached equality of religion. We never invaded any country. We never committed atrocities on any faith or any community. If there is something like Karmic effect, when will India get its due of good karma.

Its being used a commerical and politcal tool aswell as a religous took of soft conversion. The british KNEW that if they hijacked the indian education system they could in effect guide the morals and ethics to fit in line with western intolerant aspects of the world. IF you allow a corrupt christian british empire to create the educational policy of india, then thats the reason why corruption at all levels is happening. Get rid of english, unite india under hindi as a link language, which will not only develop the language into modern framework, BUT it will also gurantee the development and safety of all other indian language groups. ENGLISH is being promoted a tool of progression it is not, its intellectual slavery to the literature wriiten by christian colonialists. Rather than follow an indian centric line of logic, english was forced so that western ideology would replace indian pride and ideology. If you teach a child a manipulated version of history, then that child will THINK hes doing right but infact due to miseducation he is doing wrong. English will slowly attack all other smaller languages in india, it will replace it wholly, and it will replace indian culture with foreign intolerant cheap culture. LANGUAGE is the VERY essense in which we as human being have risen. The language of people around the world is UNIQUE TO THEM, as that language contains the very essense of their culture and civilisation. THE reason why english was forced onto india, was to maintain a pro western english hold over india. If we say in two years time, from the first level of primary school children, that EVERY book, college, school, will be translated into hindi, along that local language groups will also be given the same offical status in that state. Which means a language program of learning at least three indian langauges from first school to the last. English will be restricted to upper tier management. This means a HUGE shift to developing native indian industries instead of copying 2nd hand systems from abroad. A revision of history to show the unitedness of indian history, the complete ERASURE of any talk of aryan theory. A new edcuation agenda that states, NO ARYAN migration, and in fact PROMOTES that indian tribes migrated out of india, as the genetics confirms. It does not matter if the rest of the world agrees that aryan invasion took place, because they have a JUDO-CHRISTIAN-MUSLIM pact which protects the origins of the middle east as the cradle of civilisation as per abarhamic ideology. so aryan theory is protected by CHRISTIANS AND MUSLIMS. Despite eradicating poverty in the rest of India, Indira decided to concentrate the whole of India’s poverty into Punjab.
Bhindranwale’s mission was equality for these Sikhs and was neither against nor pro-Khalistan until June 1984 (evidently few days before his death). The Indian police killed many more people than any flight – and this was before the attack on the Sri Harmandir Sahib or the anti-Sikh genocide (calling them riots is disrespect to all those who died).
Oh and I’m sure Indira got her son Sanjay killed? Or are we still not allowed to admit that fact.
Also, I’m sure Sonia Gandhi learnt enough from her mother-in-law, who is probably hailed by some Italian Mafia for getting away with killing so very many Sikhs all those years (I take this moment to salute her assassins).
I don’t even know why I wasted several moments of my life reading this.
Back in 1983 we wrote a letter to Indira the PM of India requesting her that if she makes India as a republic as it is in Canada giving more Rights to provinces and keeping the main portfoilios of Defence, Currency,and only the National part of transport such as Air, and Railways only,but vehicle and roads etc,and education ,and health etc as provincial responsibilities as in Canada as a model. We also told her that if she can accomplish this, then India will remain united as a feredal republic, and people of India will worship her as a good person. Now majority indians consider her as an arrogant ,”CHURHAIL” and selfish leader.
But ALAS there was not even an acknowkedgement of receipt for that letter received by us in Ottawa let alone a simple reply. Either She did not care, or her oblique-eyed advisors or assistants put that letter in the litter basket.In All civilised societies of the world such leeter are always acknowledged and even replied.
Excuse me, Educate Yourself! Are you trying to say that the terrorist attack in 1985 on Air India Flight 182 which killed 329 people (including over 292 Indo-Canadians) pre-dated the attack on the Golden Temple and the Delhi Sikh riots? Are you not ashamed of how you simply dismissed the horrific deaths of that flight?

Your statement tells me that a Sikh death is the only death that is valuable! Any other loss of life doesn’t matter! The entire purpose of my mentioning Air India Flight 182 is due to the fact that most people brush aside these murdered passengers! You can call the Delhi Sikh riots a Genocide and I SUPPORT YOU IN FULL!. However, you better call Air India Flight 182 an act of terrorism perpetrated by Khalistani Terrorists. Failure to do so will prove to all that you are a terrorist as well!
Hear me out clearly! I’m completely against the Congress and Nehru-Gandhi family. But all of us must have the moral courage to accept facts for what they are! If you want to bring the Khalistan debate up, then don’t have double standards with respect to victims. No doubt Sikhs were inhumanely treated. But it is also very true that Babbar Khalsa members planned and executed the terrorist attack that killed Indo-Canadians who had nothing to do with the Sikh conflict in India.

@ A. Singh: Canada is not a republic! Canada has a Constitutional monarchy and federal parliamentary representative democracy. India is a federal parliamentary constitutional republic. There are differences between the two. Not to absolve Indira Gandhi of fault, but the civic processes in India do not work the same way as they do in Canada. However, to your point, Indira Gandhi was a very arrogant “leader”. She would do nothing that would weaken her grip on the republic of India.

Firstly I have left my name out purely because you do not need it.
Secondly, you seem to have misinterpreted what I said: what I said is that the Indian Police killed more than 329 innocent people in the few months leading to the attack on the Sri Harmandir Sahib. Also, most pf the 329 probably were Sikhs as most Indo-Canadians are Sikhs, so no I am not saying only Sikhs lives are important but merely that this was not the worst thing that has happened.
Thirdly, my main point of my earlier point was that Bhindranwale was not a terrorist. He was neither pro-Khalistan nor against it but said that the foundation stone of Khalistan would be laid upon the attack of the Sri Harmandir Sahib and so when the attack occurred he wanted Khalistan. Also, “Khalistani” is now a substitute for terrorist – and for what reason? Because we want freedom? Because Indira Gandhi has promised us Khalistan several times, but instead wanted only to destroy any opposition? Well, I suppose I am perfectly happy to be called Khalistani even if it means I am a so-called terrorist, despite the fact that I have not meaningly caused harm to anyone, but if this is what my fate is then I accept it openly.
India has no sure proof that any “Khalistanis” of that time were trained by the ISI, especially that there was no access for most of them to Pakistan. Yes, there were weapons inside the Sri Harmandir Sahib but the government knew about them (and also knew about the positions at which people would be in case of an attack) but this is only because they had found out about the government’s plans for an attack.
I did not want to bring the Khalistan debate up but I do not personally appreciate the negativity associated with anyone who wants a separate Sikh state. Perhaps I have mistakenly taken out on your article what I mainly see in other articles but is also, to some extent, present in yours, for which I apologise.

Mr. Dube, I agree with you on most of the negative stuff you wrote about Nehru-Gandhi clan. But one biggest thing you missed was the 1984 Sikh Genocide killing thousands of innocent Sikhs. Somehow you justify Operation Blue Star as fight against terrorism and seperatists wanting Khalistan. But I think you don’t know that all that was planned by Indira Gandhi to project herself as “Durga Devi” to get majority of Hindu votes in the next elections. For your information Indira Gandhi had started planning to attack Golden Temple couple of years before the actual Operation Blue Star in 1984. She just made fools of the Media and political leaders like Advani who thinks he forced Indira Gandhi to attack the Golden Temple. According to Lt.Gen. Sinha army had started training and planning to attack Golden Temple 16 months before the actual attack in 1984. To order army to start training, Indira Gandhi must have discussions with army Generals. And even before that she must have discussed and planned all this with her close set of advisors. All these discussions must have taken few months before issuing orders to army to start traing. That means Indira Gandhi started thinking and planning to attack Golden Temple in early 1982. And you might know that situation in Punjab in early 1982 wasn’t that bad that it required army action. Even Sant Bhindrawale wasn’t in the Golden Temple. But to justify her attack she knowingly let things get bad in Punjab, created terrorism, used black cat agents to pretend as terrorists and kill innocent people specially Hindus, so that general public and BJP etc. should start demanding army action against terrorists. Then she pretended as if she want to solve the problems without army use and made fools of people like Advani who think they forced Indira Gandhi to attack the Golden Temple. And for the army attack she chose a very religious day when thousands of worshippers go to the Golden Temple killing thousands of inocent persons. Rather than criticising her army action and killing thousands of innocent persons, She was projected as big ‘Durga Devi’ fighting against bad elements. And that is what she wanted before the next elections. The benefit she couldn’t enjoy because she ws punished for her crime. But her son got that benefit, winning the largest majority in the next elections. Even Rajeev Gandhi was guilty of killing thousands of innocent Sikhs in 1984 Sikh Genocide. Have you ever heard of army training to attack a religious place without any reason ? Even before Indira Gandhi’s death, Rajeev Gandhi and his advisors knew that Indira Gandhi will be punished for her attack on the Golden Temple that caused lots of destruction and thousands of innocent persons were killed. Even in old Sikh history, the Mogul rulers who attacked Golden Temple were punished for attacking Golden Temple and killing innocent persons. Knowing that Rajeev Gandhi and his close advisors had started planning on what to do whenever Indira Gandhi is killed. They had started making list of Sikh houses and businesses etc. So when Indira Gandhi was killed on 31st Oct. and Rajeev Gandhi was sworn in as PM. So first thing done was to order Congress party leaders to arrange for mobs and give them lists of Sikhs house and business addresses. And give the mobs free hand to kill innocent Sikhs, burn their houses and businesses. Delhi Police Chief was ordered to remove all the Sikh policemen from their jobs and ordered them not to go out. Rest of the police was ordered either to close their eyes and give free hand to mobs or help mobs kill innocent persons. Anybody who believes that such orders were not issued, Can that person explain why there isn’t a single case where police acted against the mobs and tried to save innocent lives ? There was no Lathi charge or tear gas etc used against the mobs. Only time Police acted was when Sikhs got togather to protect themselves. This happened in Tarlokpuri and Mongolpuri. Police of those areas showed up and told the Sikhs to disperse and go to their houses because they were violating Sec.144.(but police didn’t see mobs violating Sec.144) Sikhs were disarmed and sent to their houses and afterwards the mobs showed up and worst killings happened in those localities. Those police officers who disarmed and dispersed Sikhs, should be held responsible and given death sentences. But nobody acted against them because they were just following orders of their chief. Similarly congress leaders like HKL Bhagat, Kamal Nath, Tytler, Sajjan Kumar etc. played a big role in organising mobs and encourging them to kill innocent Sikhs. None of them were charged, infact some of them were rewarded with Ministerial positions by Rajeev Gandhi who openly justified the innocent killings by saying,” When big tree falls, it makes the earth shake.” It is a shame that Media failed to speak up against these planned innocent killings. In 27 years the Justice system controlled by the ruling Congress party Govt. has failed to punish the guilty and provide any justice to the victim families. So this Gandhi family is responsible for 1984 Sikh Genocide killing thousands of innocent persons. First Indira Gandhi with Operation Blue Star and then Rajeev Gandhi after Indira’s death. He asked me about this. I told him that this is racist hedline trying to malign a great Nation of people. I asked him “why don’t you write a complaint to the News paper editor?” He wrote the complaint to the Editor twice without any satisfactory response. My nephew sent his complaint to The Press Club of Ontario. The Press Club ( 9-member tribunal invited us to a Toronto (500 km away) and a representative of the news paper to present outr case. All the travel expenses were paid by the Press club. There was three hour hearing. After a week of the hearing we received reply upholding our complaint against the nespaper editor and making them publish an appology. if there would not had been any proper resolutin the case would have gone to court. I thought and knew that Nanakji arose at a time when Hindus were persecuted and he himself was a Hindu. Later on most Sikh Gurus have fought for protection of Hindus either from Mughals or British. It is unfortunate that some blackships in society become power hungry and created rift to subserve their personal greeds. It can only happen by arousing the mass sentiments. The most recent genocide example is in the Partition of India when the number of killed is only a guess work but certainly went in good many lacs besides the rapes, tortures, mutlations, injured ones and loss of property.
I certainly regret that 1984 did not happen. Politics is such a dirty game where always the innocent pays the price in favour of the cruel greedy leaders. Leaders remain protected. Today we have a Sikh PM for right or wrong reasons. I am not going in it but no Hindu regrets him as PM except for his poor governance track record. That is politicking.

It does not behove from you in such low words. I felt to reply in your vein but it will only lead to a rat race of unnecessary blame game. This is not my intention. I feel sorry to see that the comment box is hijacked by the 1984 riot controversy and led to straying from the real Nehru-Gandhi dynasty scandals who are the real culprits and I am no fan of that dynasty either. I only wish that sooner it (N-G) ends the better it will be. Indira created the Golden Temple controversy and her son gave the Gorkhaland puzzle which is haunting the national security and peace in this North East troubled part of India.

When Will The Canadian Government Look Into The Role Of Indian Agents In The Air India Tragedy?

It has been 27 years since hundreds of innocent lives were lost in the Air India tragedy.
We’ll pay our respect and homage to all the innocent lives lost in this tragedy. But the sad thing is that Canadian Intelligence Services and Justice system has failed to punish the guilty persons.
In the John Major-led Air India Inquiry, Canadian Intelligence agents working for CSIS or RCMP testified that they suspected the role of Indian Diplomats/Secret agents in the Air India Tragedy. But unfortunately Canadian Govt. refused to follow up on this thing to maintain good business and diplomatic relations with the Indian Govt. And most of the evidence leading towards Indian secret agents was destroyed.
Many Canadian Politicians and Media persons don’t want to believe that Indian Govt. can blow its own Air India flight and kill innocent persons. But they forget that we are talking about Indian Govt. that can attack a very religious place, where thousands of innocent worshippers are present, with army and tanks, killing thousands of innocent worshippers.
The Indira Gandhi led Govt. told the world and media that they had to attack the Golden Temple to kill terrorists hiding in there. But according to Lt. Gen. Sinha, Indira Gandhi had started planning and asked army to start training to attack the Golden Temple 18 months earlier. If Indira Gandhi started making these plans 18 months earlier, that means she must have discussed this with her close advisors few months earlier.
That means Indira Gandhi had planned to attack the Golden Temple when the main accused militant Sikh leader Sant Bhindrawale and his associates were not in the Golden Temple complex and terrorism wasn’t a problem in Punjab. Average person will ask, then why would Indira Gandhi will plan to attack the religious place like Golden Temple.
Former Canadian High Commissioner to India in 1984 William Warden testified before Justice Major at Air India inquiry that in 1975 Indira Gandhi had imposed a state of emergency in India and the Sikh Akali party of Punjab launched one of the largest and most effective demonstrations against what she was doing.
Finally the emergency was lifted in 1977 and she lost the next elections. When Indira Gandhi was re-elected as PM in 1980, she was particularly angry about the Sikh protests against her dictatorial rule during the two years of emergency rule and was determined to teach Sikhs a lesson.
In Warden’s words it was a “Pay Back Time.” So Indira Gandgi had planned to attack the Golden Temple to get her revenge from Sikhs for opposing her emergency rule and to get large majority of Hindu votes in the next elections.
After Indira Gandhi’s death thousands of innocent Sikhs were killed in 1984 Sikh Genocide that was planned, organised and executed by the ruling Congress Govt. led by Rajeev Gandhi. That is why the police and security forces never made any effort to stop mobs from killing innocent persons. So far in 28 years the Indian Justice system controlled by the ruling Congress Govt. has failed to punish the guilty persons.
Sikhs living in Western countries were working very hard to let the western Govts. and media know about thousands of innocent lives lost in Blue Star Operation and 1984 Sikh Genocide. Some western politicians and media started getting sympathetic to the Sikhs and started asking questions and demanding Justice for the victim families on Humanity basis.
But Rajeev Gandhi led Govt. didn’t like that and decided to do something really bad to Sikhs as bad terrorists. That is when Govt. decided to use its secret black cat agents to make wild statements and do something very stupid to project Sikhs as wild terrorists.
And those secret agents organised the Air India tragedy and were successful to change the views of western politicians and media about Sikhs. CSIC agents knew about Indian Govt’s secret agents role and had warned the Canadian government about the Air India tragedy. But unfortunately Canadian Govt for its business and Diplomatic reasons ignored those facts and never blamed those secret agents for that tragedy. It is very sad but true facts that how Govts give more priority to their business interests rather than providing justice to the victim families.
We just hope that one day the general public and media will start asking questions to the Govt that why it ignored CSIC agents leads and suspicions about the role of Indian Diplomats or secret agents in the Air India tragedy. When will the Govt have the courage to go after the real guilty persons and provide Justice to the hundreds of innocent victim families.

Secondly now India has one Sikh PM and another prominent Sikh – Montek Singh Ahluwalia besides a hoard of prominent Sikh politicians. Are they all dullards and anti Sikh?

Let’s Chase Away Christians from Nepal and India

Nepal and India both countries are an original land of Hinduism. and Nepal is the birth place of Lord Buddha and Buddhism. Since ancient time immemorial Pashupatinath Temple and the Buddhist shrine of Swoyambhunath have attested the harmonious relations between these two religions, which are spreading its fame round the globe. However, the Christians are systematically defiling this holy land, and bent on destroying its identities. They are adopting concerning conspiratorial schemes to maintain their imperialistic approach towards this country. The Christian missionaries are conning the Nepalese people of weak disposition by providing them money. This has enraged all Hindus and Buddhists. The American and Indian intelligence agencies like CIA and the European Union are conniving with the Maoists to turn Nepal into a Christian state. If we are not able to stop this kind of rape, the identity and existence of Hinduism and Buddhism will perish from this planet.
In 1743 Prithvi Narayan Shah during his visit to Banaras in India had seen Christians brutally murdering Hindus. This scene made him realize the necessity to annex all the smaller Hindu kingdoms of Himwatkhanda. Due to this inspiration the unification of Nepal was possible. In Bharatbarsha (major portion of Indian subcontinent) there existed more than 25 kingdoms. In those days India was not known as Hindustan. After unifying these kingdoms the English colonizers in acknowledgment of the majority of Hindus that constituted the population called it Hindustan. But before that time, Prithvi Narayan Shah had announced- ‘Nepal is an advantageous fortress. This is a fortress created by God. This is the real Hindustan.’
Prithvi Narayan Shah in time inspired to protect this holy land. He unified 54 states to form Kingdom of Nepal – all castes became one as Nepalese caste. A priest of Prithvi Narayan Shah, Shaktiballav Aryal praised this holy land- ‘Nepal is a country served by hermits from four sides; where Nilkantha (Hindu God Shiva) lives; where Koshi River flows. It is a place of the residency of mountain’s daughter, Gurhekali; where flows the chaste Bagmati River; where lies the Shiva Linga in Pashupati; where is Changunarayan; where is Bajrayogini, where is Pancha Lindeshwor Pachali Bhairav, such is country Nepal.’ This attests to the reality that this land is the foundation of Hindu culture.
The Portuguese and English colonizers in India tried everything to destroy Hindu dignity. Twenty five years ago I had visited Goa of India where I learned about the Portuguese attack on Hindu dignity. It hurt me then and it still does now. Then the temples in Goa were razed down to built church. We can today see the remnants of the destroyed temples and the vandalized statues– idols with heads ripped off. After 1560, an inhumane carnage was let loose and anyone against Christianity burned alive. The properties belonging to Hindus were seized by the Church. Beautiful Hindu women were accused falsely, raped and then burned alive. In Goa, non-catholic, meaning Hindus, did not posses right to their property. Hindus were executed if found with Shaligram (Hindu idol) and Tulasi (herb bearing religious importance). Anyone was found doing Karma as per their tradition was killed. To cling on to Hindu rituals meant becoming the victim of execution. Thousands of men and women were burned in this process of imposition of a foreign religion. This continued till 1812 in Goa. The same incidents may repeat itself in Nepal for Christians have entered in the guise of needle and they will turn into plough to destroy our identities.
It is inexplicable – the cruelty of Christians over women. According to chief disciple of Christ Saint Paul, the creation of women was for entertainment. Christians did not recognize women as human beings. The decision to recognize woman as a human being was taken only in 1929 at Privy Council in London. It was viewed compulsory that bishop or clergy should keep company of prostitutes or concubines. The church opened brothels for priests. The level of repression of women in Christian society was to a degree that women were subjected to torture. They were at times whipped naked and impaled with needles to death. In many places women have been raped.
According to OUTLOOK-India has exposed about the sexual criminality in Churches- ‘The complaints are dealt with by the bishops and they influence the laity. If a woman among the laity becomes pregnant because of a priest or a bishop, they build houses or give money to them and hush it up. A life is not born in the church. When it comes to the nuns, they either makes her abort the child or she is sent out of the church. If the nun tries to take it up, then she is ostracized by society. Financial irregularities are rampant. The priest collects money in the name of reconstruction of the church. The laity who comes to church donates in good faith. But some of the priests, they never reveal the exact amount to the parishioners…they take their share and hand over the remaining to the church.’
A Scholar Mr. JACK LOSH has exposed-22May 2012- ‘The Catholic Church’s leading exorcist priest has sensationally claimed a missing schoolgirl thought to be buried in a murdered gangster’s tomb was kidnapped for Vatican sex parties. Two years ago he claimed sex scandals rocking the Catholic Church were evidence that”the Devil was at work in the Vatican.” Mobster De Pedis was leader of murderous, drug-trafficking gang Banda della Magliana. He was gunned down aged 38 by members of his outfit after they fell out. Detectives investigating the disappearance of Emanuel Orlando believe De Pedis – whose name on the £12,000 tomb is spelt in diamonds – is linked to her kidnap. Last month the diocese of Rome, on orders from the Vatican, granted investigators permission to open up the gang boss’s tomb, controversially located in the holy Sant’Apollinare basilica close to Piazza Navona, central Rome. The burial was allegedly given the go-ahead when prison chaplain Father Vergari told bishops De Pedis had “repented while in jail and also done a lot of work for charity”, including large donations to the Catholic Church.
The point is, the Church is a tough nut to crack. It remains doubtful if it can be reformed even if the Pope were inclined to try. Because, its empire is today flung far across continents, nations, cultures and civilizations, and there are the machinations of countless vested interests at work. The Pope might be able to ensure that the cardinal principles of faith remain uniform and sacrosanct. But even that is not easy. For instance, saints deposed by the Vatican years ago are still venerated in Kerala. The Kerala church finds them useful. As for celibacy, if a priest gives it up, what can the Church do? Like all religious hierarchies that have gained influence in the modern world, the Catholic Church too, by and large, keeps word and deed apart. By word, I mean the word of Jesus, which is the bedrock of the Church. Perhaps it isn’t possible at all to make the two one if you wish to obtain and retain great power and great wealth. For who can live today the beggarly life that Jesus lived and expect to be taken seriously by presidents and prime ministers?
The Church is as worldly an institution as—a comparison to aid clarity—the United States of America, holding monopoly over an unbeatable brand name: Jesus. The J-brand, sedulously built up over 2,000 years, is so powerful that the blatant aberrations of the Church go unnoticed under its overpowering spiritual glamour. Without its charisma, the Church would collapse like a house of cards. Therefore, the last thing the Church wants is to let people find the real Jesus: a poor, wandering dreamer and revolutionary who just lost out. Old Sister Mary Chandy exposes- ‘here are so many incidents that hurt me. After I left the convent, I went through many trials and tribulations. It has been a long journey outside. Yes, both the priests and nuns drink wine and foreign liquor. When the priests drink, what spews from their mouths is absolute filth. If that is so, why have they kept my baptism certificate? It is now in their hands to prove I was not a nun. No, there are many good priests and nuns who do a lot of good work. But then there are also the bad ones. My advice to young Catholic girls is to not to go for counseling or confession to the priests.’
In reality brokers who have taken on the burden of proselytizing people from foreign religion are not human, but wolves in disguise. Such inhumane Christians come in the guise of amiable humanists and suck blood of Hindus and Buddhists in Nepal. They distribute the incentive of money, job and other benefits to keep people in illusion. If we do not chase these criminals from this holy land, we will have to hand over our properties to Christians and accept death as their wish. We Nepalese people are not anti-Christian. Rumors have it that Maoists’ leader Prachanda is a Protestant and Baburam Bhattarai a Catholic. Whether the Mohan Vaidya faction is also Christian is still a matter of research. May be, there are majority of Christians in the Maoists’ party. In this situation, foreign powers see an opportunity. It is easy for them to turn Nepal into a Christian state with the help of Maoists whom they would not oppose. The misfortune of Nepal is the wrong policies of political parties reared by foreign money. The American government had enlisted the Maoists in its terrorists’ list, but contradictorily American intelligence agency – CIA, is known to support the Maoists. American double standard is manifest. This is meant for Christianization. The American senate has given green signal to mercenaries to proselytize people in any part of the world. Though not mentioned in the constitution the justices of America regard their country as Christian.
American President takes oath holding onto a bible instead of the constitution of America. Only a Christian can become the president of America. In spite of America’s rodomontade on democracy and human rights it is one undemocratic and intolerant nation. The creation of United Nations became possible due to the pressure from the Church. The UN became the protector of Christian terrorists. So we Nepalese people oppose the activities UN carried out in Nepal after 2006. They brag about human rights and democracy but in action they are contradicting in a way they attack other nation and their religions. The Protestant and Catholic Church are jealous and cannot tolerate scriptures, community and ideology of other religions around the world.
The Chinese President Hun Jig Tao, mindful of the purpose of Christian missions, European Union, Indian and American intelligence agencies– Raw and CIA– respectively, had given a speech in regards Christian policy at the Chinese Communist Party's central meeting held in October 2011. He had said- 'It is important for all of us to focus on saving the Chinese culture in countering and being alert towards the long term strategy predicated on the Western Christian policy of spreading their culture and views in China and ultimately disintegrating China.' Likewise, foreign intervention has crossed all limits in Nepal.
The Christians pretend to support indigenous groups by donating money. The mercenaries in this way destroy the religion and culture of the indigenous groups. In Nepal the forerunners of the rights of indigenous groups in and outside the political parties are divided and given economic support. So the churches built after 2006 without any agreement must be razed down. We must then appeal to all former Hindus and Buddhists who have turned into Christians to return to their former religion and rituals. If they do not comply we must strip them off state facilities. The state should responsibly stop forceful conversion of poor and victims into Christians. It is the duty of the state to keep them in national discipline.
In Christian religion, the bible supports slavery. The bible says – all slaves must be turned into Christians, in that way they will not rebel against the master and serve without grudge. In reality Christianity is not a religion but a poisonous tree that bears fruits which when taken will actuate a diabolic process in human beings. Christians are much strict in discriminatory approaches. They do not like to mingle with the lower class or black community. Although Christian. India’s constitutional expert Ambedkar (Harijan) says- 'Christians discriminate inside church. We are separated by a railing inside the church. Our children who have turned into Christians are discriminated as untouchables, which are also seen at schools, hostel and hotels.'
American former President Jefferson has said- 'The Christian religion subjected many to inhumane torture in course of proselytizing them– many were imprisoned; many thrown into fire, and given mental torture. The Christian religion deceived and tricked half the population of the world to keep them in illusion. Other half were made naïve.' Similarly, South African leader Nelson Mandela has said- 'In Africa, previously the Christians had the bible we possessed the land. Today we have the bible while Christians possess the land.'
They are seizing the properties and land of those unwilling to become Christians and those willing to do so. People had been turned into slaves and are still turning into slaves. This proves the wickedness of Christians. The brothers and sisters of Nepal especially- poor Bahuns and indigenous people who have become Christians must understand this fact. The Christians are giving us false assurances in a conspiracy to drown this country.
I would like to request Pope of Vatican City and Christian missionaries round the world not to attack on dignity of other religions. If our voices are not responded we must commit ourselves to oppose them and keep our mother-religion and tradition alive and intact. If we do not chase away such sinners and destructive elements, Nepalese will converted like refugees shedding tears of blood. May we hope such a day will never come! Long Live Nepal as a Hindu and Buddhist nation.

The notion that it is a birthright to be a pandit, kshatriya, vaishya, or shudra is utter non-sense! Those who believe that belonging to a caste by birthright are idiots! If you were to judge Nehru, then please call him a Pariah! Nehru and his family to not belong to the pandit community. They did not maintain the standards of the community. You are right about some points … but I think you are wrong about Hindi as the main language, it will break India, for most non-native Hindi speakers it comes as a sign of oppresion from the center (if Hindi is your mother tongue or if you haven’t spent enough time in India, it might be difficult for you to understand what I mean). Hindi is just just another language derived from Sanskrit, just like most other languages of India, so why should it get that special status?
Sanskrit is the mother of most Indian languages, only it can be the true common language without creating any major faultline.
I feel instead of Hindi it should be compulsory to learn Sanskrit along with one’s mother tongue (it can be Hindi if s/he is from a Hindi speaking state, others can learn their own language).
English should also be compulsory as it enables everyone at the global level.
Removing English completely would be a disaster… you can teach against the western hegemony in English also… and it can you one to spread your thoughts beyond India.
The greatest blunder Gandhi – Nehru made was not declaring India a Hindu State that it was. Hinduism includes Jain, Sikh, Buddhists& all other smaller religions except Muslim & Christianity. . However It allows practice of other religions and tolerant and could have easily stayed in the country
History tells us that India was ravaged & looted by Muslims & Christians & to show their superiority they demolished temples and other places where Hindus visited the most and build their own shrines ober them . Any ASI survey would reveal this . Other Hindu tribes fought for power , wealth but not for religion and we can see that heritage has been protected everywhere. However to right the wrong of shudras being alienated from the main community , we brought in reservation . We allowed Muslims & Christians the free and blatant use of our land for ulterior motives without they having suffered anything. This is their job and they are doing it across the world. Yes it does show development and sense of deep obligation for generations among those who benefited them. . We are suppose to act for the good of India that we did not do but we keep on protecting them and not bring common law for all. In

South Korea has done it . China has surprised the world by becoming an economic leader . We need to give opportunity to all & even a free hand for the full term .It is an uphill task to take everyone along & appeasement would not work .

I agree with your points. But on reservations, I think it should not be based on religion, caste or community. It should only be based on income. And if someone has benefited from reservation(either in education or job), then he and his children should not be given any reservation.
Also government doesn’t provide subsidy only for Hajj. Every year pilgrims go to Amarnath and Kailash Mansarovar on government subsidy.

Just before the partition, both Hindu and Sikh women were being raped by the Muslims in large numbers. Gandhi advised them that if a Muslim expressed his desire to rape a Hindu or a Sikh lady, she should never refuse him but cooperate with him. She should lie down like a dead with her tongue in between her teeth. Thus the rapist Muslim will be satisfied soon and sooner he leave her. This inherent impending danger was clearly foreseen by Sir.Sankaran Nair, a Member of the Viceroy’s Executive Council in 1922. In his book prophetically titled as “Gandhi and Anarchy” published by Tagore and Company, Madras in 1922 he wrote: “It is impossible to believe that Gandhi and his adherents are not aware that this claim of the Mahomedans to be judged only by the Law of the Koran, is a claim which is the fons et origo of all Khilafat claims of whatever kind. It is well to be clear about this, for not only does the acceptance of the claim mean the death knell of the British Empire or Indo-British Commonwealth, WHATEVER NAME WE MAY CARE TO GIVE TO THE GREAT FRATERNITY OF NATIONS TO WHICH WE BELONG, BUT SPECIFICALLY AS REGARDS INDIA IT MEANS A REAL DENIAL OF SWARAJ. FOR IT INVOLVES MAHOMEDAN RULE AND HINDU SUBJECTION.”
During the Moplah rebellion in Kerala in 1921, thousands of Hindu men, women and children were killed by the Muslims. Hundreds of women were raped. And yet Gandhi supported the Moplahs and not the Hindu victims of Moplah violence and oppression. Mahatma Gandhi wrote in his “Young India”, “it is wrong to say that Islam has employed force. No religion in this world has spread through the use of force. No Musalman, to my knowledge, has ever approved of compulsion.”
Sir.Sankaran Nair wrote: “For sheer brutality on women, I do not remember anything in history to match the Malabar rebellion. It broke out on 20 August, 1921. Even by the 6 September, the results were dreadful. There was complete breakdown of Civil Government resulting in widespread disorder, in political chaos, in anarchy and in ruin.” Mahatma Gandhi’s conclusion: “The Moplahs are among the bravest in the land. They are god-fearing.”
Annie Besant wrote a series of articles in her journal “New India” on 29 November and 6 December 1921 under the caption Malabar’s Agony. She challenged the stand taken by Mahatma Gandhi on the peaceful and humanitarian overtures of the Moplah Muslims towards non-Muslims in Malabar. She further wrote; Their wanton and unprovoked attack on the Hindus, the all but wholesale looting of their houses.. Brutal murder of inoffensive Hindus, men, women and children in cold blood without the slightest reason except that they are Kafirs.. Their wholesale conversion through threat of death.”
Gandhi’s wrote the following in “Young India” on 29September. “We have forgotten the divine out of dying for our faiths without retaliation… “Be the Moplahs be ever so bad, they deserve to be treated as human beings.”
When thousands of women were raped and many of them killed by the Moplah Muslims during the Moplah rebellion in 1921, the brutalized women of Malabar led by the senior Rani of Nilambur gave a heart-rending petition to Lady Reading, the wife of the then Viceroy of India.
But it is possible that your Ladyship is not fully appraised of all the horrors and atrocities perpetrated by the fiendish rebels -of the many wells and tanks filled up with the mutilated, but often only half dead bodies of our nearest and dearest ones who refused to abandon the faith of our fathers; of pregnant women cut to pieces and left on the roadsides and in the jungles, with the unborn babies protruding from the mangled corpses; of our innocent and helpless children torn from our arms and done to death before our eyes and of our husbands and fathers tortured, flayed and burnt alive; of our helpless sisters forcibly carried away from the midst of kith and kin and subjected to every shame and outrage which the vile and brutal imagination of these inhuman hellhounds could conceive of; of thousands of our homesteads reduced to circular mounds out of sheer savagery in a wanton spirit of destruction; of our places of worship desecrated and destroyed and of the images of the deity shamefully insulted by putting the entrails of slaughtered cows where flower garlands used to lie, or else smashed to pieces; of the wholesale looting of hard earned wealth of generations reducing many who were formerly rich and prosperous to publicly beg for a pie or two in the streets of Calicut, to buy salt or betal leaf -rice being mercifully provided by the various relief agencies of Government. These are not fables. The wells full of rotting skeletons, the ruins which once were our dear homes, the heaps of stones which once were our places of worship – these are still here to attest to the truth. The cries of our murdered children in their death agonies are still ringing in our ears and will continue to haunt our memory till our own death brings us peace.”
Annie Bezant was a fearless and impartial woman quite unlike Mahatma Gandhi. She wrote – Annie Bezant exposed the atrocities committed by the Moplah rebels in Malabar as a fearless journalist. Let us hear her describe an act and scene of rape in Malabar: “Words fail to express my feelings of indignation and abhorrence which I experienced when I came to know of an instance of rape, committed by the rebels under Chembrasseri Thangal. A respectable Nair lady at Melathur was stripped naked by the rebels in the presence of her husband and brothers who were made to stand close by with their hands tied behind. When they shut their eyes in abhorrence, they were compelled at the point of a sword to open their eyes and witness the rape committed by the brute in their presence. I loathe even to write of such a mean action. This instance of rape was communicated to me by one of her brothers confidentially. There are several instances of such mean atrocities which are not revealed by people….”
Gandhi’s wrote the following in Young India of 29 September, 1921: “The ending of the Moplah revolt is a matter not only of urgency, but of simple humanity. The Hindus must have the courage and the faith to feel that they can protect their religion in spite of such fanatical eruptions. … Be the Moplahs be ever so bad, they deserve to be treated as human beings.”
The frenzy of Jehad generated by the inspiring Khilafat leadership of Mahatma Gandhi, ably guided by the Ali Brothers, soon spread like wild fire in different parts of India. Beginning with the Moplah rebellion in Malabar district in 1921, it spread to a few places in Punjab and Bengal in 1922 and by 1923 it enveloped many other provinces.
In support Gandhi commented a public meeting in Allahabad on 10 May, 1921, with tears in his eyes, Mahatma Gandhi said: “I cannot understand why the Ali Brothers are going to be arrested as the rumor goes, and why I am to remain free. They had done nothing which I would not do. “Writing in Young India in May 1921, Mahatma Gandhi declared with Jehadic piety: “I would, in a sense certainly assist the Amir of Afghanistan if he waged a war against the British government.” Mohammed Ali was known for his decency and decorum and fidelity.
A “short time fuse” has been lit by such for self destruction of Bharat.
In fact – we would have been at least 25 years younger to independence!! Literally the gullible public were castrated and that too willingly!

I believe that a nation held down by foreign bayonets is in a perpetual state of war. Since open battle is rendered impossible to a disarmed race, I attacked by surprise. Since guns were denied to me I drew forth my pistol and fired. Poor in wealth and intellect, a son like myself has nothing else to offer to the mother but his own blood. And so I have sacrificed the same on her altar. The only lesson required in India at present is to learn how to die, and the only way to teach it is by dying ourselves. My only prayer to God is that I may be re-born of the same mother and I may re-die in the same sacred cause till the cause is successful.
